Abilities/Powers
Even after having turned to the power of the Satsui no Hadou, Ryu keeps his signature Hadouken, Shoryuken, and Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku. The Hadouken is a blast of spiritual energy that takes the form of a fireball. The Shoryuken, as many know, is Ryu's rising uppercut. The Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku is a spinning kick referred to often as the Hurricane Kick. However, having given himself to the Satsui no Hadou makes his attacks more violent. He has also managed to learn the Shun Goku Satsu, much like Akuma before him. This technique allows Ryu to practically send the soul of his opponent through multiple levels of Hell before returning to his/her body, so it is said. What happens during the attack is unknown, left to one's imagination, but after the attack is finished, Ryu is always standing with his back to his fallen opponent.
Skills
Ryu is only skilled at martial arts. That really is all. He sustains himself on fighting alone. His fighting style is nameless, blending in traditional Karate alongside Judo and Kenpo as well as utilizing spiritual energy. However, Ryu has also given in to the Satsui no Hadou, a dangerous power within the users of his fighting style that drives them to win no matter what, even if it means the death of their opponent. This causes Ryu to be stronger, faster, and an even greater threat.
Personality
Having given into the Satsui no Hadou, Ryu's original personality has been twisted and distorted into that of a near feral beast. All he craves is a fight to the death and he will do anything to find that. As he so eloquently puts it himself... "Violence is all that I am." It truely is all that he's become. He will kill anyone and anything that gets in his way.
History
Though Ryu never stays evil, there have been two times where Ryu showed his evil side. In the first Street Fighter tournament, Ryu gave into the Satsui no Hadou temporarily to defeat Sagat, the king of Muay Thai, and leave a scar upon his chest that the other would forever remember. Evil Ryu was truely born, however, when M. Bison used his Psycho Power upon Ryu to brainwash him. However, this was quickly stopped by Sagat, who helped break Ryu free. Ryu has never canonically become Evil Ryu since and, in the canon of the story, had the Satsui no Hadou sealed away inside of him by Gouken.
However, Dimensional Clash is the place where a story's canon goes to die, of course, and with the many different variations of worlds around, it was eventually inevitable that an evil version of the great warrior would find himself there. With literal multiverses worth of fighters to challenge, he finds himself in literal euphoria as he gets ready to kill anyone and everyone he meets.
Other
Yes, I've liked Street Fighter this entire time. Sue me.
