Momiji is fiercely protective of the things she cares about. Her friends, her fellow Tengu, and she is very devoted to protecting the Youkai Mountain.
History
Momiji is an interesting character, when one looks at Touhou characters as a whole. No speaking lines or spellcards in the game she appeared in (Mountain of Faith), but still has a large fanbase. She appeared in Aya's stage as the midboss, and also appeared in Double Spoiler as a photography target, in which she did finally get some spellcards (Also worth noting is that she was made the boss of Mountain of Faith's fanmade "Phantasm Stage")
Aya dragged Momiji along when she decided to go to the Dimensional Island. Momiji (in this AU), ultimately decided to go so she could keep her friend from doing anything too drastic.
