Weapons Jihl wields a baton like a fencing saber.
Abilities/Powers Jihl is capable of Ice and Water manipulation (meaning she can bend both elements to her will). She is also highly athletic, being capable of jumping great heights with ease.

Jihl has excellent leadership and strategist skills, as well as great swordsmanship (swordswoman?).
PersonalityJihl goes by the ideology “For every task there’s a perfect tool,” meaning she can and will manipulate people in any way she can to achieve her goal. She is cold, heartless, ruthless and efficient, much like her predecessor (see below). She shows compassion only to those she can use and even has no affection whatsoever for K. Raleigh, the man who saved her life.
History Jihl Nabaat was once an officer of the army of Cocoon and a commander of the elite military force PSICOM, dedicated to protecting her home world of Cocoon from any threats—including those from the beings known as l’Cie, people (though she thought of them less than human) branded by the godlike beings called fal’Cie.
It was one such band of l’cie that gave her no end of trouble. Time and time again, she attempted to eliminate them (manipulating Sazh Katzroy and his son Dajh at several points) and ultimately confronted them onboard the airship Palamecia. Unfortunately for her, however, it turned out that the very man who she served turned out to be a fal’Cie himself, and he had been the one to guide the l’Cie at that point. Having no use for her, he killed her.
Once the blow had been struck, she saw nothing but blackness…
And then she saw a vision.
The being before her introduced himself as K. Raleigh, and offered her a deal—in return for her services, she would be allowed to live once more; but she could no longer return to her home.
Having little choice in the matter, she took the deal.
Soon, under his service, she quickly acquired new powers and attained the rank of Superior, Raleigh’s most trusted lieutenant. She now works for him in all his operations and is currently on Dimensional Island awaiting further orders.
Other 1. Evan, one of Raleigh’s employees and Jihl’s associate, hoped to become Superior after Jihl’s predecessor died two years ago, but missed his chance. He’s somewhat bitter towards her for this fact.
2. Jihl originally had no powers, being an ordinary human, but was granted them when she became Superior.
3. Jihl’s weight and age have never been listed by official sources.
