Physical Description: His hair is a rather average orange, and spiky on the back and sides, while being sort of even on the side burns with short bangs that spike. His skin is fairly pale, and his whole body seems to be composed of puppet-like structures presumably being straw, metal, and wood seeing he’s able to spin his head 360. His eyes area vivid purple and he wears white gloves with a strange imprint on each glove. He wears a black top hat decorated with a red ribbon and two black feathers; the symbol that is below his right eye seems to be a fleur de lis. Wearing a blue suit with red ribbons decorated gilt decoration he often wears a music box which sounds strangely like the song "London Bridge."
Weapons: Puppet Strings, and Mainly Puppets whom either use weaponry, or are weapons by themselves.
Abilities/Powers: He’s capable of laying a curse on one so that they are temporarily puppets. In this case he can either make it so that a person he crafts into a doll out of anything he’d like (ie: Wood, Iron, Steel, Clay) while keeping them alive and their skin on as it is manually done while the spell is on hand. He can only be so far from the doll before the spell fades and the person returns to normal and return to what they were originally made of. Essentially it’s their original body before any editing upon it. The Spell can also fade whenever he feels like it, or when he is too weak.
Skills: Drocell is able to manipulate his dolls very well, as his string controlling is masterful as well. He’s also capable of attaching doll strings onto a person to capture them and/or put them in a helpless state. He is also excellent at crafting dolls, and oddly enough appearing out of nowhere. He can also sing very well, and another thing is the fact he is capable of reaching places others have a hard time getting to.
Personality: Still being rather, well dead he seems to look and act rather silent and cold. However he still tends to believe he’s a human being rather than a puppet despite the many times he’s found termites in his ears. He has a thing for singing songs, mostly things that relate to London Bridge however and/or building material. He does seem to have a weak type of human feelings, but regardless they are either false or simple existing along with his less than real soul. Another note is that he’s no longer interested in ‘Young Girls’, that’s only in the case with his 2nd master (First one being when he was alive, Mr. Mandalay). He still puts full regards to his new master, whom is currently unknown, but regardless he is the loyal puppeteer.
History: His History would date back farther than would be recorded seeing he was a less than important person in his childhood, besides those facts, he can barely remember those years himself due to his small amount of space in his straw filled head to know, but he did work as a Mandalay Puppeteer in his years alive and that his skills of a puppeteer was renowned. Fun years didn’t last long before at some time in his life his soul was collected by a soul reaper. During his absence in death the Mandalay Family was long gone as he was the given a makeshift soul and he tried to work for the Mandalay family again, but they had long forgotten him or something of the like. He then found a new master and pursued only the most beautiful and perfect of girls to craft into dolls for his new master, but once he found Elizabeth at the Frost Fair, Trouble began.
Shortly after killing a man for stealing a Hope Piece, the Frost Fair occurred and he was there to make sure the Hope Piece found a ‘Worthy Master’. Slipping it into the falsely crafted object that was meant for Ciel that Elizabeth had bought as a gift. After the failure to give the ring as a birthday present for Ciel, Elizabeth was abducted and then crafted into a doll, built out of Wax and Stone by orders of his ‘master’. After Ciel, Grendell, Pluto, and Sebastion came he used his music and dolls to make the already Doll-made girls whom by now were officially dead from presumably their souls slowly fading away. Of course they were briefly defeated, and Sebastion found out he controlled them with music rather than puppet strings. Following them into the sealed tower where his workshop lies he used Elizabeth a doll, made out of wax and stone, to fight them as he used Puppet string. It was cut by Grendell’s oddly now useful death scythe scissors as Elizabeth fainted too. Shortly after a questioning of what he was made of by Sebastion, he was attacked and then his head was sliced open to reveal he had straw in his head. He did one last thing, and that was reporting to ‘Master’ before his brief ending. He probably never knew his master never cared for him, and wasn’t ever actually present.
Mysteriously through some form of way this makeshift soul faded, and entered Dimensional Island reforming his puppet body, as he had found a new master to serve, and share his abilities to.
Other: Despite his ability to make others into puppets. More than often he’d probably use recently killed people or simply NPCs. If I were to try to use another character, I would ask permission regardless the case. He isn’t easy to kill.
