History: Born of a healthy mother and a heavily experimented on father, Perry was born with both genders and super intelligence. It was later adopted by Linda to cheer up Phineas on their father’s tragic death.
Some time after Ferb showed up, it was called to work as a secret agent by the high council. It agreed, not bothering to reveal its gender related condition to them.
It met Doofenshmirtz on its first mission it ever had, bonding a weird friendship-rivalry during the time. They have several mis-adventures before the boys started their summer activities. It had been close to its family, as it never wants to leave them.
Though it kept a hard time dealing with this consent disappearances, and spending not very much with its family. Though Doof was semi-amusing to hang out with, though wondered how lonely he really is, as sometimes it felt like he was hitting on it.
When the High council told them about Dimensional islands, it went there, with a human-inator to make a human appearance so noone its true identity, due to its really paranoid boss. (If Doof comes along too is up to the Rpers)
Other: Has a guilty pleasure of soap operas. Reads comic books from time to time, using reading glasses. When punching out enemies, it sometimes screams “I AM A MAN!!!!”*The only four words it can say* before doing so. Also walked around bear foot.
