Physical Description: A teenage girl with long orange hair, silver eyes, pale skin and dressed in a black top hat, and a classic ring-leader outfit which colors and design vary from thread to thread.

Abilities/Powers: She knows all, and can prevent her powers from being copied. She can altered the relem of the circus she resides, read minds, and looked into one’s hearts desires. When killed, she manages to revive herself back at her circus.
Skills: she’s a smooth talker, clever, and very tricky.
Personality: She’s completely mysterious. Her motives is simply to screw around in her own little world, and give clues to the heroes who felt fit to them. She’s also a trickster and enjoys screwing with the mind, no matter the consequences. However, she will act ten times creepy to those that are evil.
History: It was very little is know about this strange girl other than her plan existence. However, there was more information of the circus she help runs than herself. It started in the middle of the mid 1800s, where the circus was runned by a bunch of creepy looking men, and Dip.
It at first seemed like a normal circus. The most entertaining circus around. However, near the end of the 1800s, it began to opened up people’s hearts, claiming to said they will make their dreams come true. This is when strange things happened to the towns they visited. At first, the people were happy, even though some went missing. Then, some mutated into demons. Those who retained their humanity would cough up all their blood and become zombies, destined as an attraction to the circus. The only ones that weren't turned into monsters were either afflicted with the para-normal in some way, or didn’t go to the circus at all, but they eventually got infected. The towns they visited quickly rotted away, left with a red sky and the monsters and survivors to live in for the rest of their days.
The circus arrived on Dimensional Island one day, decided to rest there, to bring entertainment. The heads of the circus took an interest in the city, so they decided to stay there unless otherwise directed. Dippy took an interest in the town more than anyone in the working areas of her circus, deciding to have some fun in this strange new world.
