Physical Description: A rather large parrot... man... thing. Dons a black suit with a pinstriped tie. He has money green feathers and a yellow beak. He also wears a black hat. His right arm has an arm cannon in place of an actual arm.
Weapons: His arm cannon with various settings and a hidden, long blade behind it if the cannon breaks.
Abilities/Powers: Is rather strong.
Skills: He's the freaking Don of the Zoness Mafia! They basically control Zoness (well, now at least).
Personality: He has a dark personality and only wants to get the job done with out any questions asked. He is also kinda lazy.
History: Originally born on Zoness, Paul was bullied for his oddly colored plumage. After graduating college, he shot up several shops and restaurants. Soon after, he was arrested and sent to prison for 187 years (total). He easily escaped, but in the ensuing chase, he lost his right forearm. After the chase, he stopped the blood flow and started to build a prosthetic arm. He later joined the First Zoness Mafia. At the age of 27, his famous arm was complete and he later killed the then Don with it, snagging his position as current Don. The original Don's grunts were sent with posthumous orders to take out Paul LaTono, now known as Don Parroto. He easily gunned them all down. He then started to rebuild the mafia, making the 2nd Zoness Mafia. His new mobsters now include butler-bot gone bad Assist-Bot NT9, Leonard Monroe (Katt's Brother), destructive beauty Ursa and at one point (he was spying) Pine. The Mafia briefly encountered the Star Fox Team, where they were nearly defeated, but still escaped with the (lack of) manpower and scariness to control Zoness.
Other: He currently has a bounty of 400,000,000 credits, one of the highest in the Lylat System, tied with only Wolf.
