Physical Description: His body is shaped like a bow and arrow that is yellow and purple striped (I think that's the right colors) with limbs and a face. His face is very psysho looking and he has tall red-orange hair.
Weapons: His flunkies which are his arrows.
Abilites/Powers: He has multiple electric attacks such as Lightning Orb and Static E plus a few other attacks such as G'night which he fires and arrow to put you to sleep with.
Skills: Acting like a psycho XD
Personality: He's crazy and he can be fairly sinister but in general he just messes things up.
History: He is one of the weapon beasts the guarded a Star Piece in SMRPG. He was shooting arrows at a nearby town but Mario, Mallow and Geno stopped him and took his Star Piece. Bowyer has come to the Island with Smithy to help carry out his evil plans.
Other: He talks kinda like Yoda only he's nuts =P

We totally have to do a plotline with Bowyer and Geno. That'll be SO MUCH FUN OMG XD
As for ideas... I'm drawing blanks. XD But one'll come to me, just watch! XD
