Ok, here's Ciar...His History is a little blah, its just whats in Rowan's app. and I plan on changing it later, but it should NOT affect anything about him...If it does, i will let you know.

Hair: Black, Long, to past his waist
Eyes: Blood red
Occupation: Dark Angel
Alliance: Evil
Personality: Pure Evil
Weapons: Katana with Black hilt and sheath
Abilities/Powers: He has some control over dark magic, mostly just throwing a ‘handful’ of it.
Clothes: Tight black trousers, No shirt no Shoes, a bandage going from his right wrist to halfway up his lower arm, and a black stud earring.
Background: Having spent many many thousands of years locked away for his evil deeds he was finally released by Rowan, having convinced Rowan that he was wrongly locked away and such (Ciar KNEW everything he had done was wrong...He was PROUD of it!). He quickly moved into Rowan's body and used Rowan to destroy much of the Area.
Other: He has one black wing, his right one, the other one was cut off before he was sealed away. Also a scar running across his bare chest.
