Abilities/Powers: Dark magic, considerable figting skill and very fast, has control over bats
Skills: Staying in control, persuasion, being sinister yet keeping his sanity
Personality: Very dark and very sinister yet he doesn't completely lose his mind. He knows exactly what he wants when he wants it.
History: He is one of the Rulers of the Night, the Bat Lord. There are a few other rulers, only two being as powerful as him (The Snake Lord and the Spider Lord). They were all imprisoned for thousands of years into a strange weapon which Bowser found one day and attempted to use it to rule the Mushroom Kingdom. This released him and all the other Rulers who used their powers to throw the entire kingdom into an everlasting night (which would eventually spread throughout the entire world). Mario took the weapon and it changed him as well. He used his newfound powers to defeat Lord Drac and the other rulers. Though they weren't imprisoned, Lord Drac hasn't tried anything in a long time. Now he has come to the island for his own reasons.
