Name: Clown Man EXE
Age: doesn't age, as he's a computerized life form. Although he appears to be between 18-25.
Race: Net Navi
Series: Technically he's a Megaman character, but to my knowledge Clown Man does not exist as a Net Navi yet so he's also an OC.
Apperance: Wears a purple overcoat and a dark pink shirt with matching pants. The clothes look like they're made of metal due to the fact Net Navis are like robots. His arms are blue and yellow, and are capable of stretching like rubber. He has white face paint (no lipstick like the original), and has a red squeaky nose. He also wears bulky yellow boots and a jester's cap.
Personality: A goofy sort, loves to entertain folks and humiliate opponents in battle with his antics.
Background: The Net Navi of Nutcase S. Ball, Clown Man enjoys working with his Net OP because of their similar personalities. He also acts as a test audience for Nutcase's comedy routines to determine what'd be good to use before each show or for whatever other humorous thing Nutcase is known for.
Clown Man EXE was not always a Net Navi. Long before meeting Nutcase he was associated with the mysterious Star Man, as the two were big time mischief lovers.
Attacks and Abilities: Clown Man has lightning based powers, and as such has the ability to attack people with lightning-imbued scratches and punches. His arms stretch like rubber, so he doesn't have to fight up close and personal to deliver a punch. When he uses the Thunder Carnival battle chip, he jumps inside the ball of lightning he creates and begins bouncing around to try and ram any poor idiot unfortunate to get in his way. He performs the ability as such because he loves to bounce around like a loon.
