Apperance: Very tall, standing nearly seven feet. His body is extremely skinny, probobly due to Wario's absurd appitite. His legs are very long by human standards, as are his arms. He wears black overalls, a purple shirt and a purple hat. The hat has a white patch with a yellow "L" printed on upside down. His white gloves sport the same emblem, and he wears orange elf-like shoes. His face is narrow with a large pointed chin, a similar goofy nose as Wario and Waclay, and pointy ears. He also has the same shifty eyes and a slick mustache reminessiant of Snively Whiplash of Duddly Do-Right fame.
Personality: Not much is known about him, as he usually doesn' appear outside sporting events and other competitions. What is known is that he has a severe hatred of Luigi, and possesses a very high intellect.
Background: The second brother of the Wario brothers. Not much known is available to mention, but he along with Wario have been long-time rivals of Mario and Luigi for as long as they've known each other. Since Mario has stated that he's known Wario since they were kids, it's likely Waluigi was there with Wario as well, and has remained hidden for years since the day the Mario brothers came to the Mushroom Kingdom.
Waluigi has shown he can be a real creep, perhaps more so than Bowser himself. The Millenium Star incident where he stole the seventh star stamp in effort to weasle his way into super stardom and the time he stole the four Music Keys from Truffle Towers show only a hint of the inherit evil he can unleash. However, despite this fact Waluigi more or less tries to simply prove he's better than everyone else with these hairbrained schemes, having no real desire to do any real harm to people. He, like his brothers, have no allegience as far as anyone can tell. They'll do any work, as long as they're paid a lot of money. They'll even turn on whoever paid them first if another is willing to pay more for their services.
After the dark insects destroyed the Mushroom Kingdom, and with it Diamond City where the Wario brothers once lived, they were left bitter and angry. Willing to go any length for cash, Waluigi and his brothers have been scouring for treasure to rebuild their lost fortune. At the same time, they searched for a means to get back at the bugs and whoever let them loose so they can get back what belonged to them (if possible).
Attacks and Abilities: Waluigi's got next to no strength, and has no magical abilities. He's also not very fast for one with such long legs. Waluigi's strength lies in his ability to come up with brilliant schemes and plans to mess with opponents. He's also a skilled inventor, capable of building seemingly simple but complex machines with which he uses in a fight. If he has to get his hands dirty, he likes to fight dirty and use every trick he has in effort to win. He'll even relentlessly taunt and tease opponents, regardless of their power, in effort to mess with their heads to trip them up, or attack with sporting goods like tennis rackets or golf clubs.
