Physical Description: He was always described as tall. However, he is never seen without his dark green exo armor on. His visor is a metallic orange, and the joints of the suit are black.
*Weapons: Assault Rifle, [Rocket launcher], [Spartan laser], Sniper rifle, Pistol, Twin SMG's, Plasma and frag grenades, [Flame Thrower], Shotgun, Battle Rifle, Twin Needlers. Plasma Rifle, Magnum, Brute Shot, [Machine-gun Turret], [Rocket Turret].
*Vehicles: Scorpion tank, Mongoose, Warthog ( both machine gun and rocket), Ghost, Banshee, Scarab. Elephant, Vulture.
Abilities/Powers: because of his exo-suit, he can lift almost anything a crane could. He has an over shield as well as armor, so taking him down is difficult.
Skills: he is overly epic in combat / Cortana: she can hack, and she has a near infinite memory bank at her command
Personality:he doesn't speak much, he. He would rather shoot now, and forget to ask questions later. Cortana is the one that does most of the talking. She and Chief have been together so long, she can pretty much read his mind
History: Master chief, once known as John, was taller than most of his classmates when in school. Not just by a couple inches, but by a whole foot. When he was six, he was kidnapped and replaced with a clone, as to hide the kidnapping. The reason he was kidnapped was to undergo the Spartan II Super soldiers training program. He went through intense physical and mental training.
At approximately eight years old, he was cybernetically augmented and enhanced. Only he and 32 out of the original 74 kidnapped survived this procedure., the rest is explained in the games (sorry for the abrupt stop, but I'm trying to not write a novel)
Edit: Cortana, an AI program that is as sentient as a human being, Gives Chief advice here and there. She was uploaded into his armor in HALO 2, to stop a bomb from detonating on one of the human ships.
