Abilities/Powers: Psycho is able to ignore vast ammounts of damage and injury. When he dons the costume of the Asylum, he gains the ability to drive people insane simply by talking to them.
Skills: Able to use almost anything as a weapon
Personality: The good thing about Psycho is he's almost completely stupid. He is willing to do things most people would know to be impossible. He and Badness are best friends, with Psycho living in Badness' lair. He is extremely jealous of any other friends Badness has and often tries to come up with insulting names for them. He can be childlike in his behavior sometimes, especially in his crush towards Badness' sister, Dana.
History: Psycho refuses to tell anyone except Badness about his past, and even those stories don't make sense. He claims that his father named him Psycho because there were lots of cows in their house and that, every day, his teachers would throw fish at him. He met Badness in the 9th grade and the two have been best friends ever since.
Psycho helps Badness mostly out of a desire to hurt things. He has also been promised the use of the moon when Badness succeeds. Due to his stupidity, many villains find it easy to trick him. However, his insane mind seems immune to mind-control.
