Physical Description
Pinkie Pie is, true to her name, pink. Her leathery skin is pink, her mane and tail is colored pink and is styled in a curly fashion, and her eyes are... well, ok, her eyes are a light blue. Pink eyes would suggest being an albino and full on red would be a vampire. Her cutie marks are balloons, symbolizing her talent for throwing the best parties ever. Like the other ponies, she doesn't normally wear clothes of any sort.
Weapons
No weapons. This isn't the Cupcakes variant of Pinkie Pie after all.
Abilities/Powers
She's not a Pegasus, so she can't fly, nor is she a unicorn, so she can't use magic. As an Earth Pony, she is supposedly stronger then the other two variants of ponies, but this doesn't show well either. To compensate for that, Pinkie Pie is well aware of the Fourth Wall and has broken it on several occasions. Her godlike knowledge on what her world is her special ability. She's also able to do cartoonish things when the Rule of Funny calls for it, such as teleport and move with super speed. She also has a latent psychic ability that coaligns with certain bodily functions. Not all of these have been discovered, however, and this will probably never show up in RP except under the guise of comedy.
Skills
Pinkie Pie's not a bad baker, but her true talent lies in party organization. And when it comes to pony parties, none are as good as Pinkie Pie's.
Personality
Pinkie Pie is considered a Cloud Cuckoolander for her random and eccentric personality. However, she's not stupid by any means. She seems to have some experience behind her, such as when she knows how to stop the parasprite invasion whereas the other ponies are befuddled. As the element of laughter, Pinkie Pie's gifted with the power of comedy; a lot of what she does is meant to make people laugh, but this can also be a drawback as sometimes she thinks people are laughing with her when, in reality, they're laughing at her. Pinkie Pie seems to depend on her friends more so then the other ponies and, if she feels they are not on her side in any way, she loses it. Cupcakes is not a facet of her in any way, shape, or form, but she still gets rather creepy; her mane and tail straighten out and she spoke for inanimate objects, literally having a party by herself. She became irrational and immature, and while she'd never aim to kill, she can become quite violent, proving it by sitting on Rainbow Dash's head. But as long as she remains happy, she's one of the best friends you could ever have.
History
Pinkamena Diane Pie was born on a rock farm in an unknown location. Life was miserable and unhappy there until Rainbow Dash's Sonic Rainboom brought color into her life, the actually KABOOM part of it frazzling her mane and tail hairs, turning them curly. From there, she wanted to have that kind of joy and bliss she had felt forever and threw her first party, converting her stereotypically Amish family to her side. Eventually, however, she did set out on her own, perhaps via Amish tradition, and came to live with Mr. and Mrs. Cake instead. In the confounds of a bakery, where many sweets can be created, she was able to throw great parties and quickly rose up to become party manager of Ponyville. Having known many ponies, meeting Twilight was a new thing to her, but she eventually went on to help her defeat Nightmare Moon. From then on, Twilight and the other four were the best of friends with her. However, Pinkie's love for partying trumped all. It was her Gala dream, her aspiration, and her talent all at once. So when her friends denied a party and Pinkie was misled (fuck you Spike) into thinking her friends hated her, she snapped and reverted to a sort of old state. It took Rainbow Dash dragging her to her surprise party to turn her back to normal. Pinkie Pie also seems to have musical talent and knew how to stop the Parasprites via using musical instruments despite the other ponies writing her off as "being Pinkie Pie." However, when it comes to her friends, Pinkie Pie is willing to go the extra mile and beyond.
Other
I don't think I can stress this anymore, but this Pinkie Pie will not, in any way, shape, or form, turn into the Pinkie Pie from Cupcakes. If you want a Cupcakes AU, that's up to you, but shit would probably get ugly.
