Physical Description
Poppy, as he prefers to be called, is a small, chibi-esque clown with a smile constantly on his face. He wears a purple set of two button pajamas, and a matching hat that resembles a long floppy night cap with a puff ball at the end. He also wears a pair of yellow shoes- the only oddity about his anatomy are his free floating hands, which just disapear from time to time.
Weapons
Poppy's favorite past time is picking up a bomb and throwing it at the first unsuspecting sap. As such, he has an unlimited supply of old fashioned grenades kept somewhere on his person. And though rare, he also has a boomerang hidden the same way- but again, he rarely uses it.
Abilities/Powers
Unlike most Dreamlanders, Poppy isn't fine tuned to any form of magic skill at all- he's got excellent aim, though, and a throw to back it up.
Skills
In his spare time, Poppy usually finds a large round object and balances on it like the clown he resembles. He's also been caught juggling his favorite bombs before throwing them at random.
Personality
Poppy's on a constant look-out for something fun to do- someone to mess with, something to blow up, the works. As a result he's a lot more planning than his appearance makes him think. He is, however, still just a kid. So if he doesn't get his way, he'll pout, or threaten to bomb ya without second thought.
History
Poppy's life, in his opinion, was as good as good got. He and his big brother, Poppy brother Sr., were the tops of their town, practically writing the rule book on bomb throwing. It's for this very reason that Poppy's kind are seen all over Dreamland, though they're not exactly trustworthy. It didn't take long, though, before Kirby arrived on the scene, ready to mess the family up. Dispite their best efforts, Poppy and his big brother were swatted aside with reletive ease, filling the small jester with unlimited anger. In a huff, he left his brother a note, saying he wasn't coming back until his bomb throwing was up there with the greatest out there.
It's been quite a while since then, and Senior, worried about his brother, sent out a search party to relocate the missing bomb thrower. He wasn't found, but something was- a weird looking, quite possibly dangerous portal hovering close to one of Junior's bombs.
Other
Poppy's childish actions often lead him into traps- he's easily drawn to food, which can make him lose focus.
Also, whenever messing around, he dances while battling.
