See the picture. I now have a proper vector of him. His cutie mark is a C-Clef. The only time he typically wears clothing is during concerts, when he wears suits. His large wings make this difficult.

He can't fight very well, being rather unathletic. He can kick decently hard, but that's about it.

Personality
Comparing Arpeggio during performance or when composing and when he's just casual is almost like night and day. While busy with his work, he's greatly focused and serious, almost to the point of seclusion when he's in an "Inspired" state, as he found out the hard way once (more on that later). However, when he's casual, the only thing that remains constant is his hairstyle; he's very friendly and open. He loves kids and is generally very lighthearted. Again, night and day; say, at a large gathering... if it's formal, he'll be very 'prim' and 'proper', but if it's a casual thing, he'll be practically the life of the party, chatting with anyone who's willing. Very devoted to his craft, he's always searching for inspiration. He's a little shy right now, being the 'new guy', but that should change.
History
Born and raised in Cloudsdale to a fairly well-to-do family, Arpeggio was exposed to music at a young age; his mother loved to sing and her voice often rang throughout their house. His dad was a hard-working weatherpony, and, while not being musically inclined, loved to listen. Arpeggio got his cutie mark at eight, the last in his class to do so. Needless to say, he was teased almost constantly; eventually, he developed a sort of detached persona to cope with it. He got his mark when, in a flash of inspiration, he wrote his first song; it was a small eight-bar tune, but one that was perfect for his mom's voice. She loved it, needless to say.
He liked how it felt, and took up composing as a hobby. ...After a small incident when he was 11 and locked himself in his room for two days straight (He had to get a song on paper and couldn't stop), he and his parents both decided that he should ease up on the composition for a while. He eventually got bored, so his mom had him start taking voice lessons, which led to the second part of his mark; he worked and built up a beautiful tenor voice. It was hard work, but Arpeggio loved every minute of it. As he grew older, he traveled with various musical ensembles, performing and honing his skills. In search of that next flash of inspiration, he purchased a house in Ponyville (he enjoys the feel of clouds, but only for sleeping on... cloud homes are a little too flimsy feeling for his tastes) and only recently moved into town.

Canon Relationships?: None. As far as romance goes, he has no interest whatever in either gender for anything beyond cuddles and kisses (Yup, an asexual). As far as that, he prefers females. His lack of interest brought some teasing when he was younger, but he never really cared. He admires Octavia, finding her music beautiful, and has a crush on Vinyl Scratch (He's only started listening to that kind of music... he think she's kinda cute, but is certain that she wouldn't be interested in a "stuffy" colt like him.) ...Also, his wings have never sprung more than half-staff in "those" kinds of situations.
