Simon just sweatdropped as he then just picked up his laptop and sighed.
He sat against the tree and continued to play his game boredly as his tail flickered, and he ate some potato chips stashed in his computer bag.
He was fairly quiet besides squeaks and small cheers as he just played the game. IT seemed to catch his interests a LOT.

There was silence for a moment.
"UGH! I'm so out of here...I got somewhere to be..." Ruby shouted angrily as she stood up and began to storm off.

Simon blinked as he put his computer to sleep and jammed it into his laptop bag before getting up and running after Ruby. He only did this since she was the only one REMOTELY close to his species and probably the colest hope for finding his sister.
"H-hey! Wait up!" He exclaimed sweatdropping as he rushed behind her.

"W-well.... you look the closest to the type of people I'm usually with.... and I'm kinda afraid of the other guys around here...!" simon responded a bit stuttery.
Literally, he was rather afraid of the other people. And she was the only one there who lookedremotly close to anyon he'd know compare to all the other furless people

Simon then felt rather towered over. Heart sank, and felt a tad hurt by that. but he was used to this by now. Despite all this, his softspoken nature made him look up at her as a kid would look at a teacher after a bad grade. He just couldn't snap back.
"Y-...yeah... I guess..." simon then replied softly shoulders lowered, followed by ears.

Ruby just stared at him for a minute.
"Okay, well...go uh...run along and such..." she shooed him away, feeling slightly bad for the kid.
She began to walk away, but stopped herself.
"God, fine, come with me dammit..."

Simon's ear and hsolders perked, a smile as he hurried up after her.
"Thankss...!" He then said wit ha smile. Geez, he was fast to brighten up. His tail was even swaying happily

Simon continued to walk and sigh rubbing his head slightly.
"To avoid being randomly tackled and harrased by little furless kids who yell 'Kitty! Kitty' while piling on me." Simon rsponded shortly after as he eemedto be a tad disgruntled by the memory.
"IT's because I'm short probably" He added in

Ruby started to walk off whether he followed or not.

"Yes M'am..!" Simon replied with a bit ofa salute as he hurried after her.
Due to... well her having longer legs he had to walk double time to catch up wiht her
He was pretty happy to be able to find someone that's relative to his own species at least
