My name is Leon Kennedy. Currently I have yet another hard mission. It's not as scary as that one in Europe some time ago, but it is as dangerous should we be ambushed. My mission objective is to protect the Ambassador of the United States. Finding this dimensional rift was shocking, but when Ashley walked through it, she found this city. Now we are looking for the city official in order to negotiate terms of peace. In case of an attack, I've taken my special handgun Matilda with me. The Burst-Fire capabilities will allow me to fire and fire fast. I also decided to take my TMP and Striker shotgun. I didn't want to enter the unknown too unprepared.

Culex silently watched Leon and his group from a distance, eying them suspiciously. What did they want anyway? He began to follow the group into the city until they were stopped.
"Hey pal, you're gonna have to go around," Crump ordered Leon ",You ain't allowed on this street, as you can see my men are busy." He gestured towards the street where his X-Naut soldiers were all scattered about searching for something. Culex watched intently, wondering what Crump was up to now.

Another pair of eyes were watching Crump's activity with high suspicion from a high clothesline above an alley between two residential buildings.
"What's that fat guy up to...?" Raz muttered to himself. "And who's the tall guy with the funky hairdo?"

"Damnit... Fine, whatever."
We hit a snag at the cross towards the mayor's office. I don't know who that fat guy was, but thanks to him, we have to waste more time. Still, we came to negotiate terms of peace, not wage a small war within the city. It was why we took a detour and eventually made our way to the official's building.

Unfortunately the door to the building was locked.
"You won't be getting in there that easily," a voice spoke from behind the group.

"Huh?" Having meticulously followed the guy with the weird hairdo (and currently hiding under a bench), Raz turned toward the voice, raising his guard just in case.

A hostage situation?! My mind had started racing as I pulled out Matilda. The burst-fire handgun felt like a blessing in my cursed hand.
"Open this door!"
No answer. I immediately pulled back and began to kick it. Whatever locking technology they had was better then the ones I had gotten used to. It wouldn't open.
"Shit!"
I then noticed the window. With a smile, I pulled out a ladder and raised it against the window. Then I climbed up, blasted the glass off, and made my way inside.
"Guess it does pay to use the old methods."

Culex followed after him inside.
"Calm down," Culex placed his hand on his shoulder ",You're attracting too much attention to yourself. It isn't as much of a hostage situation as it is the X-Nauts running amok." He gestured towards the X-Naut soldiers running around. "I was about to sneak inside myself but then you showed up."
Quickly they were surrounded by a circle of X-Nauts.
"What are you doing here?" one of them asked ",And how'd you get inside?"

I had no time for this. I immediately pulled out my Striker Shotgun and blasted away some of the X-Nauts that had us surrounded before moving towards the door and kicking it open. I turned and immediately aimed Matilda at the other X-Nauts, daring them to try anything. If they did, three bullets would find themselves a new home.
"I've got a mission to do and I'm required to take whatever measures necessary to save the subject."

Suddenly the X-nauts were set aflame thanks to Pyrokinesis. From behind them stepped Raz.
"Things're looking kinda tense," he announced. "Mind if I step in?"

I didn't know what he was, but he seemed to want to help, and who was I to refuse backup, even though most of my backup got killed... But that was against the Zombies and the Ganado, not these weak chubby looking beings.

Pine was walking down the street and noticed the broken window and heard the noise coming from it. "Oh boy! A party!" he said cheerily to himself he ran toward the door, attempting to knock it down and join in on the commotion. However, as he crashed head on into it, it wouldn't budge, and a loud WHUMP! emanated from it. He fell to the ground seeing stars.

With introductions out of the way, all I had to do was blast my way through some X-Nauts to get to the mayor's office.

Raz was only more than willing to help, burning some, blasting some, and throwing some at each other with Telekinesis.
"Any idea where we're going here?" he asked Leon after tossing an X-naut out the window.
