Abilities/Powers: Watt has the power to generate and control electric energy. He has become pure electricity, as well. He can fly and hover, but touching the ground causes himself to become absorbed into it.
Skills: When he was Peter, Watt used to make extraordinary steaks at the SOL picnics.
Personality: Watt is cruel, sadistic, and senselessly violent. He enjoys chasing after his enemies in games of cat-and-mouse and finds full-frontal killing to be boring. Like all members of the Secret Organization of London, he was ironically terrible at keeping the Organization's secrets. During the SOL's meetings, the only advise he ever gave was 'I say we kill them', whether or not there was anyone to kill.
History: Peter Watson grew up in Cardiff where his amazing grades and senseless lust for violence stood out. After graduating, he was recruited into the Secret Organization of London, a group that controlled all of Europe. He met Badness once when he went to London, and has hated him ever since.
A few months later, the SOL sent Peter on a mission to Bizzare Accident Labs in Triangle City in order to investigate how the hero Clockman got his powers. He stepped into a room where they were experimenting with electrical current and was overcome by the energies. His body was destroyed, but immediately reconstructed as pure electricity. Drunk with power, he quick SOL and robbed a bank. Unfortunately, his confusion over a teller's mole distracted him long enough for the police to arrive.
He stayed in prison for fifteen minutes, and was released by a group called the Midknights, which was secretly vying to control the whole world. He became the Midknights' field agent, causing havoc in Triangle City and fighting Badness. They have since been defeated and Watt has become a petty criminal.
