Namia sat at her desk in the third floor library, pen in hand and paper in front of her. She was swaying side to side as she wrote the message, the occasional tongue touch if it went dry, her red bangs getting in the way now and again. Finally finishing what it was she was writing down, she slipped in into an envelope and sealed it, placing it on a stack of about five or six others.
During the small standbye phase of getting a fresh piece of paper, Madeline hovered through the wall next to the desk, intending to check up on her little sister. "Namia, what exactly are you doing in here?" she asked, her visable eye staring down at the paper in sheer wonder.
"I'm writing invitations to our mansion," she answered, not even turning her attention away from the letter. "I went to the trouble of bringing the entire mansion across dimensions, it's only fair we get to meet our new neighbors."
"But... who would want an invite to a haunted mansion? I'd think people would rather avoid our house than come here..."
"There's the occasional brave soul," Namia answered back, pausing briefly to seal another letter as she set up the next piece of paper. "I even watched some of the imps play a game whith a flying postman that delivered one such letter to a pair of mushroom kids during a sidequest. Besides, while they're being delivered, I'm going to instruct who's left to be on their best behavior."
Finishing the letter she was writing at long last, she placed in on the stack of what was now ten letters and handed it to Madeline. "Would you do me a favor and tell the imps to deliver these?" Namia asked politely, her child's voice acting on innocence. "Simply tell them to wander the forest until they find a being that isn't an imp like them."
Madeline's eyes and her motions told the tale; she really didn't want to do it. But she took hold of the letters and brought them with her to the realm of invisability, silently nodding an "okay."
(OOC: the imp's colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, pink, brown, white and black, all of them are slightly different based on color, so be creative with the approach.)

A small gray imp with a little bow tie opened the door, bowing to Henry as it softly spoke. "Welcome to my mistress' Mansion, kind sir. We have thought ahead and made snacks until the others have arrived, the taste and texture of such should bring a delight to your mouth. Do come in," it said, showing an arm to the pre set tables full of tea, soda, cakes, and sandwiches, and even more goodies than that!
almost as proof it wasn't dangerous, a handful of implings were already chowing on a few cupcakes, despite worried looks and glances about doing so without permission.

Kooper was taking a refreshing stroll through the woods. It certainly was a peaceful day. And while Kooper did like his adventure, a break from it was fine now and then. Just then, he noticed someone very familiar walking absentmindedly in the other direction; he was staring at a piece of paper. The blue-shelled koopa and suddenly sprang up next to the green-shelled hoodied one, wrapping an arm around him. " Koops, buddy! It's a small multiverse after all for something everyone keeps saying is infinate." Koops was taken aback by his friend and roommate's sudden appearance. "Kooper!? How did...?" "Whatcha looking at?" Kooper asked. "Oh... some odd creature just walked up to me and handed it to me." The paper read as follows. Dear finder of this letter
You have been invited to the newly located mansion in the forest for a nice visit, simply because I'd love to get to know you. I don't care if you're a villain, hero, or even a simple salesman wandering around the island, you've been invited. if you're traveling with a group, it's fine if you bring them, too; this invitation isn't solely for one guest! You also won't be alone, since I've sent similar invites to other people as well. I sure hope you agree to attend.
sincerly, Namia Fredrick, Mistress of the Mansion "Hey, sounds like fun," the blue-shelled one said with a smile. "Haven't had any excitement since that werewolf incident at the museum." The green-shelled one drew back in surprise. " Werewolf incident?!" " Nothing, nothing," Kooper hastily assured him.

One of them, Aqua with frosting all over her (yes, a she) mouth, decided to be a little helpful. she jumped off the table and ran down a certain hall in frot of him, stopping midway to see if he was following.

As luck would have it, she wasn't capable of speech; mute. She nodded, pointing to one of the turns in the hallway. when she thought the point was clear, she zipped back to the front room, just in time for one of the ghosts to say, "Looks like one of 'em found a turtle and gave it to him, he's got a friend, too!"
Madeline watched from her invisable state, seeing all the asorted colors, tails and wings clutter to the front window, looking for a pair of turtles with a letter, with little luck.

"Ugh, we've been here for hours and we haven't had a single sucker come by!" Doronjo yelled out. "What do I have to do to make some money!"
A long while ago, the Dorombo Gang set up a stand selling some fake energy drinks to scam some people out of a lot of money, but so far, they have had little success.
"And where is Tonzura? He was supposed to be back a long time ago!"
No sooner than she said that Tonzura came back to the stand, but instead of customers, he came back with a letter in his hand.
"Doronjo-sama, look what I got!" Tonzura said.
"You were out this whole time and that was all you came back with?!" Doronjo yelled, getting ready to hit her henchman.
"Just read it." Tonzura said. Instead of bashing him in the face, he snatched the letter from his hand. He then added, "I got it from a strange looking creature when I ended up getting lost and wandered by the woods."
Dear finder of this letter

As Doronjo read the letter, her mood seemed to lighten up.
"What is it, Doronjo-sama?" Boyacky asked.
"I'll tell you what this is." She said. "This is opportunity calling us. Get ready, buys. We're heading out to this mansion!"

Two koopas found and stood before the mansion.
Koops quaked a little. "This place gives me the creeps," he said.
But Kooper was grinning. "Isn't it great??"
Koops passed Kooper a look as if he were nuts.

when the imps saw two KOOPAS walk to the door, everyone started throwing huge cheers, between "OMG, PAPER MARIO HEROES!" to "I never knew those guys met!" It took a few seconds of pushing away before the gray imp finally got everyone off the front door, and one second of cookie tossing since the little dogs wouldn't move.
Finally opening it, he said, in a young yet acceptional tone, "Welcome, kind sirs. Please wait in the front room while the others arrive, and enjoy the food set out for you." He gave a bow, almost in such a matter as old Bootler.
deeper in the house, one of the ghosts let himself be known; a near shapeless being with an orange figure. "This house isn't just full of imps, kid, it's full of other creatures, too," His firey outside showed he wasn't really in a good mood, especially talking to Henry. "I suggest you get your business done and get back up front. We were instructed to be on our best behavior, but I'd rather not..."

As Kooper made himself at home, he said to the gray imp, "You know, you remind me of this one boo lady's butler I once met. After looking around, he asked, "Say, you guys have any games around here? If I knew we were coming to some kind of party, I would've brought Pin the Tail on the Ostro."
Koops glanced back awkwardly at his friend. "Uh, Kooper, we can't be sure whether this is supposed to be a party or not."

One of the imps intervened, ironically wearing glasses. "Well, Princess Peach had a party once, and there weren't too many games there,"
"That's because it was formal, you videogame nerd!" one of imps yelled, not showing his apearence. That caused a few of them to start laughing.
(OOC: don't be afraid to make, break, or use an imp, guys; They're NPCs, after all, hence why the deliverers had so many seperate colors.)

A small rocket could be seen flying over the woods. In the cockpit, the Dorombo Gang was looking for the mansion.
"There it is. I see it." Tonzura said, pointing out the window.
"Looks kinda creepy." Boyacky commented, as he steered the rocket closer to the mansion.
"It looks like whoever lives there must have quite a bit of money." Doronjo said. "Okay bring us in."
The rocket slowed down as it approached the mansion and landed not that far from it. The Dorombo Gang came out from a hole in its side and walked up to the mansion.

Ears twitching, the Gray Imp ran to the door. "so many visiting parties in but a few minutes! I beg your pardon sirs." Once there, he opened the door and let them inside, repeating his speech about the food being for whoever wants it.
"On a side note," he squeaked, "Miss Namia warns that there is to be no thieving; she's very...how do you say, Strict about punishments." As if to prove his point, every Imp in earshot "Mmhmm"'d to his statement.

"Us? Steal? We wouldn't think of doing such a thing." Doronjo said. "We just came to see what this unexpected invitation was about and have a good time. Isn't that right, boys?"
Boyacky and Tonzura both looked at her for a second before nodding in agreement.

Just as Kooper was leaning back, sipping down a glass of honey syrup, Koops gently elbowed him and inconspicuously pointed towards Doronjo, Boyacky, and Tonzura. "Is it just me, or does something about those guys rub you the wrong way, too?" he whispered.
Kooper stared at the three new arrivals for a moment then over at his friend. After a pause, he just shrugged and went back to his drink. Koops sighed.
