He's a crack shot with projectiles (He bucks them) and he's got a really strong kick as well.
Abilities/Powers
No sorts of super powers here, he's an Earth Pony. He's pretty durable and really tough; that's about it.

As previously stated, Braeburn is a crack shot with projectiles.
Personality
"Energetic" could not even begin to describe this guy. He's normally a pretty steady, easy-going guy, but there's always an underlying energy to what he does; and if he's excited about something? He doesn't hesitate to show his excitement. He is very devoted to his friends, family, and hometown, and is a "southern gentleman," always polite to the ladies.
History
Braeburn is a cousin of Applejack's, on her mother's sister's side of the family. He was born in a small town not too far from Ponyville, where he grew up harvesting apples with the family. As he grew up, he fell in love with the idea of the pioneer; the lifestyle was very appealing to him. When he grew old enough, he and a large group of other ponies went west to establish a new town, called "Appleloosa." Appleloosa was still in its early stage of development when his cousin Applejack and her friends came to deliver Bloomberg, the tree. The rest of that story could be seen in the show, though.
Well, not too long after that, Brae became one of the heads of the town of Appleloosa; a position he accepted with gratitude. One day, while he was finishing his work, he heard word of a weird cult attacking Ponyville. Thinking quickly, he had the town set up defenses should those cultists attack; he wouldn't let them take the town he loved.
Roughly a week or so afterward, Braeburn had an encounter with a portal near the apple orchard. Thinking it something to do with the cult, he attempted to destroy it... only to get sucked in and flung straight to the Dimensional Island.
