Yeah got an idea for a thread, back ground: Viper was working on something, it exploded, and gaving dual personality. As of wich normal, and crazy criminal (breaking, stealing, etc.). People with fire or speed related powers it will be extremely hard with his mastery kinetic energy manipulation. If any questions just post here.
