Nothing known- he seems to be a pacifist, considering he's jumpy with a gun.
Abilities/Powers
As a toon, Roger is virtually unstoppable physically- as part of his gag routine he's been blown holes through with guns, exploded, cut to pieces and reduced to about twenty mini-Rogers, had his feet set on fire (among other things), mortally wounded by bees- and that's just what happens on the set! It's been both implied and proven that Roger isn't being edited in those films, nor does he have a stunt double- Toons are just naturally regerative, and it's a good thing too- Roger should be in the hospital for his whole career!
Skills
Though he's probably just following his script, Roger seems to screw up everything in one move- He could probably go to fight a bad guy, get assaulted by his minions, and manage to do something in such a way that he wins anyway!
Personality
Though implied that some toons just put on an act for their shows, Roger is one of the many that don't- he's a screwball and clumsy on and off the stage.
History
Roger's whole career was in cartoon filming- but one fateful day, after running through a wall when he discovered Acme and his Wife Jessica were seen together, Acme was found dead the next day, with Roger the main suspect! Getting help from one officer Eddie, Roger eventually managed to prove his good name- though it took a long time of hard work and effort.
It's unkown what he's been doing since then, but it is apparent he hasn't been in many cartoons lately- wonder why that is.

Roger's got quite the set of friends and allies- one being the baby-fifty year old, Baby Herman, and his oh-so-very detailed (if you know what i mean) Wife, Jessica Rabbit.
