You walk down the streets of this city with your new clothes. Apparently communal hives were available in this part of the city! You had most of your things in your bag, since you still have no available Sylladex.

Somehow, you can still tell that you can use one, you simply have an empty deck with no cards.

You currently wear your long green jacket, a nice shirt you bought (and drew two symbols on, yours and your moirail's), and a pretty skirt! It fit much more comfortably for your tail, and it's a nice alternative to the pants you usually wear! The people around here seem to be much more receptive to fashion than back home, so you decided a change of pace was in order!

Nepeta: Check on your friends!

You've been eager to talk to them for a while! You pull your tablet out and check Pesterchum. Still, the only people who you could see as being online were ectoBiologist[/size] and turntechGodhead[/size]. John and one of his friends. She decided she would give TG a pester!

Eridan: Consult Trollianlenses

Of course like the previous bajillion times you've done this it never fails to fail you. Fucking cheap ass shit, grists are the poorest excuse of quality material.

This only occured once you had appeared on this fucking hunk of floating land. Now the only fucking use of them were their initial use before the supposedly 'upgrading' which was being SEEN through.

Still the wind that blew left you with shivers, despite your returned cape as you look upon what stood before you.

It was a hive of some sort.

Never seeing such a hive he only had the curiousity of approaching it, as it was obviously occupied by not just a few, but many. What disgusting culture would include such mockery to his world's culture of the grubs building their own fucking hives? Well certainly not this one, granted his world was kinda desolant at the moment so it wouldn't exactly matter.

Eridan: Review what had happened previously

You only shudder at the single thought of anything of the like. Ever since the start of the session things only went downhill from there. Breaking of fucking quadrants, getting yelled at and hated on (and not in a relationship enabling way), and then the ending. Grimacing at that last thought you can only feel a strickening pain at your waist side you've grown familiar to, but not in any case immune to the pain.

It was a reminder of what happened, and what you hoped will never happen again, a hope you as the Prince of Hope wishes to come true. It made you sick enough thinking about what did happen, you almost hoped you'd be alone here from any of your friends actually.

Man you missed them though.

Eridan: Try to contact them again

Once again you activate the pathetic staticy screen of what was supposed to be Trollian. There was no form of connection, and the glasses were damaged electrically. There was no hope for contacting any friends by Trollian.

He was so busy with this, he barely even noticed the surroundings as he marveled the screen, attempting to make it work.

Stifling a giggle, Nepeta snuck ever closer to Eridan, her tail swishing through the air excitedly. At this range, she could smell him, his fishy odor wafting into her trained huntress nostrils.

He had no idea she was here! It helped though that he was too busy trying to work his glasses. She took a moment to check her tablet. caligulasAquarium was offline, so his glassses really were fried.

He'd been kind of sketchy the last time the two of them talked on Trollian! He was trying to set up a date, or something, but just because he was Nepeta's server player didn't mean she owed him that! He kind of creeped her out.

Still, Nepeta knew Eridan meant well, so she'd give him another chance. Up close to him now, she threw her arms around him and buried her face in his back, squeezing him in the best hug she could give. "Hi, Mr. Ampurra!!" she shouted, practically purring in contentment.

Eridan was grumbling at the time, tapping his glasses rather roughly to get them to work, but of course to no avail. He failed to see it was completely and utterly unusable for a contacting device as he sighed as he was going to tap again. Was being the right way to put it.

"W-WAAHHH!!!!" He exclaimed startled from the depths of the sea and back as he was quite literally, flailing at the kind embrace taking it as a offensive stance. His Strife Specibus wasn't even near his hands that flew around as he was freaking the fuck out and running about with Nepeta attached to him.

He then heard words only one person would pronounce his name slowly... reducing the wailing and then stopping his flailing blinking a tad shakily at Nepeta, whom appeared to be wearing a whole new attire...? What the fuck was going on here.

"W-what the...? ?Nep..??" he then stuttered slightly feeling the warmth providing by her embrace as he felt a feeling of slight surprise, but mostly relief at the presense of friend. He was still wearing that scared look, before trying to make a straight face that looked rather confused. Where the fuck were they?! Was Nepeta the only one there?

Nepeta clung onto him even as he flailed and ran around, and smiled at him as he noticed her. "Yep! Hi Eridan!" She was glad he was here, the more friends the better! She let go of him. "Welcome to... uhm, I think it was called Dimensional Island! Some of us are gathering here, even the humans! Well... it's just John and Dave so fur," she said.

She looked at his glasses. "Are they broken?"

Feeling Nepeta's arms unwrap around him as he blinked, feeling the lack of the extra heat he blinked slightly flushed at the thought for a moment before listening to the small details told to him by Nepeta.

"Dimensional Island? Wwhat kind a landwweller wwould name this fuckin island that?" He then asked taking the stance of his arms crossed and his poor attempt at a scowl, he was honestly makin sure he looked good for the time being.

"An wwhat is a 'human'. It sounds like somethin Kar wwas givvin a fuckin rant about or somethin useless like that." He finished off as if demanding an answer almost as he pretty much disregarded his donation of a weapon to Jade. It was at the back of his mind and goldfish memory anyways.

"Humans are the people we created by purrlaying the game, Mr. Ampurra!" she said. "You talked to Rose and Jade at some point, didn't you?" She couldn't believe Eridan had forgotten! But then again they were technically "land dwellers".

She shrugged and continued on inside to the apartment building. "Come on, Eridan, you're just in time, I was about to get one of the communal hives to live in! It's going to be pawsitively cozy!"

A communal hive? So that's what these... mockeries of the traditional hives were called. He looked ovver at it up and down then back to nep. He barely recalled Rose and Jade, though granted he really DIDN'T care as his thoughts were elsewhere on the matter.

"Nep, wwhy wwould you livve in one of these... wweird hivves? Wwhatevver happened to makin our owwn hivves instead of a lewwd culture's communal hivve. It's just plain wweird..!" He responded feelin rather insecure about it. With more people in the hive, it made him uncomfortable at the thought. He always lived in solitude, except for fef...

Like she'd ever talk to him again.
