Physical Description
Applejack is an orange colored pony with a platinum blonde mane and tail. Her eyes are a dark, luminescent green color, even though they can sometimes take on a silly form of sorts. Her cutie mark on her flank is a trio of red apples, telling her destiny to run Sweet Apple Acres. Though she doesn't wear much else like other ponies, she does wear a brown cowboy hat. Maybe it's tradition.
Weapons
While it's not a weapon persay, Applejack does have a lasso she can use to rope in someone.
Abilities/Powers
As an Earth Pony, Applejack cannot fly or use magic. She does, however, have greater endurance and strength then the other pony types. And considering Rainbow Dash can already go through rocks and trees without losing a lot of "health," that's saying something. This suggests that Applejack could be a natural tank.
Skills
Like Pinkie Pie, Applejack is an amazing baker. She's also an exceptionally gifted athlete and is skilled at corralling animals, such as cows.
Personality
As her element would suggest, Applejack is a very honest pony. Kind, smart, and selfless, Applejack was even awarded a trophy for being Ponyville's most dependable pony. In a way, Applejack herself could represent the other elements of harmony. She's loyal as Rainbow, is only a little less kind then Fluttershy, and can be as generous as Rarity. She does, however, have her faults. She's stubborn and tends to try and take things on herself, even if the odds are impossible. Her stubborn nature will also cause her to stand her ground on issues even if she's absolutely wrong. Besides these faults, however, Applejack is a steadfast and a simple, hard working gal.
History
When Applejack was little, she was a hard working farm gal. There was a time she thought the farm life wasn't for her and went to live with her Aunt and Uncle Orange in Manehattan, but life there was miserable. When she saw a rainbow leading back to her farm, she realized that she was homesick and thus decided to head back, getting her cutie mark for the apples that she would help create. She would grow on the farm and was found by Twilight as the food manager for Princess Celestia's celebration. This is where her story truely began as she would go on to help Twilight defeat Nightmare Moon and have many more adventures alongside her new found friends.
