Full Name: Michael Ronlord
Nickname(s): Mike
Age: Age is irrelevant for him now.
Height: 6'0
Weight: Being bad with weight measurements, I'll just say bulky.
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Alliance: True Neutral
Home: Stormwind, Elwynn Forest
Franchise: World of Warcraft (Part of the Deathwing Destroyers Group)
Physical Description
As a Death Knight, Michael's skin is naturally pale and looks of death. If he had any scars before, they were healed upon reanimation. His hair is cropped short and is jet black in color naturally. He had signs of a bears, sideburns, and a mustache, but most of it is shaved close to off and is thus specks of black upon his face. His eyes, like all Death Knights, are a glowing frosty blue, the sign of the magic that is keeping him alive. His armor, the newly designed Necrotic Boneplate, was designed to intimidate enemies as he fought his way towards Deathwing. As with most armor fashioned for Death Knights, the skull decor is evident, especially on the boots, belt, and helm. The whole set itself, however, appears to be bones stretched and twisted into unnatural shapes by dark magics. The colors appear to be a dark violet and chrome with fel green accents, the shoulders glowing with a fel-green glame inside as well.
Weapons
Because Death Knights cannot use shields, seeing as their creed has always been that shields only make you weaker, Michael utilizes a two-handed runeblade. The runes etched into the blade are known as the Runes of Stoneskin Gargoyle. These magical carvings enchant the blade in such a way that it transfers power to Michael and his armor, making them both more durable.
Abilities/Powers
As mentioned before in Myushelle's profile, the special paths a Death Knight may take are those of Blood, Frost, and Unholy. Frost Death Knights utilize their runic power to bring forth a cold death to their enemies. Unholy Death Knights kill their enemies with plagues and diseases, as well as being able to sustain a ghoulish ally. But as a guardian, Michael has chosen the path of Blood, becoming a dark guardian who manipulates and corrupts life energy to sustain himself in the face of an enemy onslaught.
Skills
The usual cooking, fishing, first aid, and archaeology. He is the blacksmith of the group, taking up mining in order to gather the materials for his plans and then fashioning armors of mail and plate as well as mighty weapons.
Personality
Every raid has two tanks and the Deathwing Destroyers could not have asked for better opposites. One Death Knight and one Paladin... and like the typical Death Knight, Michael is apathetic for the most part. With the Lich King dead, his purpose for living is complete. However, he is still needed to fight for the world and for his people. He is not particularly liked by the majority because of what he is, but he doesn't care. He will do whatever it takes to get the job done and if that means Pay Evil Unto Evil, so be it. He doesn't pretend that he has emotions. Having been one of the Lich King's elite, such a concept has long since been gone for him. He does what he does solely for duty now. Still, he is an odd one. With his lack of emotion, he is still able to show some legitimate care for his companions. Perhaps he is not as long gone as he thinks he is.
History
Like all Death Knights, Michael started off a living being, a human who had been a noble of Stormwind. Trained in the ways of the warrior, Michael served Azeroth, and the Alliance, in the early skirmishes against the Horde and in the wars against the Burning Legion fought both in the wasted world of Outland and upon the lands of the Sunwell, the Isle of Quel'Danas. However, his life would be put to an end by insurgents of the Cult of the Damned, sent into cities of the Alliance and the Horde to find heroes worthy of corruption and recruitment, then set up their "accidents." For Michael, he was "found assassinated" behind the Cathedral of Light. The cultists took his body, where he would be raised at Acherus, the Ebon Hold, and made to carry on the slaughter upon the Scarlet Crusade alongside other Death Knights and prove himself a worthy servent of the Lich King. Like all Knights of the Ebon Blade, however, he took part in the battle against Light's Hope and was "redeemed." With Acherus taken and Tirion defending the Knights and allowing them passage back into their respective factions, Michael rejoined the Alliance and went immediately to the frozen wastes of Northrend.
Taking part in the battles there, Michael would first become part of a group deigned to kill the Lich King. Their original numbers many, their numbers would dwindle as they were spread across the land to aid multiple facets. It didn't help that Highlord Bolvar would be found dead at the Wrathgate, a death caused by the Forsaken. The group, once consisted of both Alliance and Horde members, found itself split apart and killing itself from within. Only the Death Knights, bound by their creed and common enemy, stayed united, working to undo the Lich King by any means necessary. While having originally been part of this group, Michael often found himself further aiding the Knights of the Ebon Blade, bringing greater progression towards the opening of Icecrown Citidel until finally, when the gates opened, the Argent Crusade and Knights joined together under Tirion's Ashen Verdict and slaughtered their way through multiple obstacles, including the continuing battle of the Alliance versus the Horde DESPITE the fact a greater enemy waited just above, to get to the Lich King. Michael was amongst the warriors that slew him, but he will not speak of it.
With his vengeance complete, Michael thought to lay down his arms and put himself to rest. Before he had the chance to do that, however, the Cataclysm came to the world and the Death Knights were forced to do battle against the Horde, including their fellow Death Knights, as well as the Twilight's Hammer cult, followers of the Old Gods. It was during these times Michael would meet some of his compatriots from Northrend, as well as a few new ones, and they would form a group known as The Rising. At first, they focused mainly on exploring and fighting in the new lands such as Vashj'ir, Deepholm, and Uldum. But as their power grew, they began to challenge Deathwing's servents head-on. Their first conquest was at the Throne of the Four Winds, where they laid rest to Al'Akir, the Lord of the Air Elementals. Then Blackwing Descent, where they put Nefarian and Onyxia, children of Deathwing, back in their graves. The final victory for a while would be the Bastion of Twilight, the cult's main headquarters, where Cho'gall, the leader of the cult, and Deathwing's broodmother, Sinestra, would fall to their skills as well.
It seemed they were invincible, but Deathwing's other great servent, Ragnaros, would put to them to the test. Setting Hyjal ablaze, they were forced to enter his realm, the Firelands, and set up a base there alongside the druids of Cenarius in the minor area known as the Molten Front. However, this did not stop them. Michael, himself, led the charge into the greater part of the Firelands and, with great determination and persistance, the Rising put a permanent end to Ragnaros. From there, it was only a matter of time before Deathwing reared his head. Sure enough, the Hour of Twilight had come and the Rising was called upon to enact a plan that the Dragon Aspects had concocted using Nozdormu's powers to travel through time.
Michael led an expedition into the future, one of many alternate futures, that depicted the end of the world, also named End Time by Nozdormu. In this "End Time," a ruined Dragonblight, Michael and his compatriots had to prove their worth by putting down the spirits, or "echoes," of famous figures in Azeroth's history. They started with the shade of Baine Bloodhoof, chieftan of the Tauren, in the Obsidian Dragonshrine, whose rage shook the broken temple. Then they went to the Azure Dragonshrine, where they reconnected the staff containing the shade of Jaina Proudemoore, scholarly leader of Theramore, before helping her find peace. They went to the Emerald Dragonshrine and faced the spirit of Tyrande Whisperwind, High Priestess of Elune and leader of the Night Elves, before returning her to her god. Their last stop was the Ruby Dragonshrine, where they encountered the ghost of Sylvanas Windrunner, Banshee Queen of the Forsaken, before slaying her.
Their last destination was the Bronze Dragonshrine. They were to face the one impeding the progression of their plan, Murozond. Murozond, leader of the Infinite Dragonflight, was not so easily slain, but with the blessing of Nozdormu and the Hourglass of Time upon their side, they managed to defeat him and open the pathway to the Well of Eternity, from which a powerful artifact, the Dragon Soul, would be retrieved. From there, Michael let the other guardian lead the following two expeditions, reclaiming the Dragon Soul and escorting Thrall to Wyrmrest Temple. He came for the final battle, the defense of Wyrmrest Temple, and then the eventual fall of Deathwing. He and the rest of the Rising would be crowned as the Saviors of Azeroth, the destroyers of Deathwing.
Other
Coming up with backstories for characters not really based on your characters is hard ; Michael's appearance as a tank Death Knight is based on our guild's first tank, Faybi.

Thankfully the link above depicts the armor on a human, so think that for the most part, only paler.
