"Man, this is lame!"
The woman sitting on the edge of the tombstone was about as tall as a usual cut rose, with a body proportionate to that. Her legs hung over the edge, and she was swinging her purple-booted feet over the edge. Her elbows were on her knees, and the purple gloves on her hands extended past them. From her back rose four crystalline dragon-fly like wings and her purple hair hung down, a noticable contrast to the usual look for her race for people who knew it. She was a High Pixie, a demon seen in more than a few worlds.
She lifted her head from her hands, "I've gotta find a way back, but none of the ghosts around here seem to even know what the hell I am! I can't last here forever without a Magnetite source. Gosh!"
She let out a sigh and looked around, "Maybe I missed a ghost or two... I mean really what kind of ghost doesn't know what a demon is!"

One of the advantages of having taken up residence in the cemetary was that Hitoshura could freely take his demon form without anyone panicking. There were a fair amount of ghosts around, and many of them panicked upon first seeing him, but these days they were used to him.
However, a fresh burst of panic from a Ms. Pennywise (1820-1874) awoke Hitoshura from a state of rest. He could sense another presence in the cemetary... and it was familiar.
It took him a moment to spot the small woman sitting on the grave. He blinked a couple times upon seeing her, and then slowly asked, "Pixie?"

The small demon stopped looking around and blinked when the voice came from behind her. She tilted her head a moment as if in confusion and then her eyes widened. She jumped up, pushing off of the tombstone with both of her hands and spinning in the air. She blinked for a moment when her eyes settled on Hitoshura, then a smile practically exploded onto her face and she launched forward.
She didn't so much as ask for permission before she spun in mid-air and came into a sitting position on the demon's left shoulder, her hands flat on either side of her.
"Nao-chan! What on earth are you doing here?"
It should be noted that despite Hitoshura's hesitant question, the demon currently on his shoulder was a High Pixie, even though her hairstyle was a lot more reminiscient of normal Pixie's than the usual ascended race. She was leaning forward and still had the grin plastered on her face, and her legs were swinging back and forth.

Before he had any chance to object, Hitoshura found himself with a High Pixie sitting on his shoulders. This wasn't exactly uncommon behavior for pixies, so he wasn't too surprised. Still, her words... this was exactly who he'd thought it was.
"Are you still calling me by that...?" Naoki hesitantly asked. "And I'm here on assignment... Why are you here?"

"Ooooooh," Pixie said as Hitoshura explained his reason for being there. She pulled back, leaning back this time. Her legs were still kicking and her hands were still flat on either side of her. She looked up for a moment and then looked back at him.
"Well what else would I call you, silly? And for why I'm here..." she lowered her head and stuck out her tongue, "No one ever said the Labrynth was predictable. Portals open up all the time! I've never seen the human world before, either!"

He'd figured it was something of the sort. He sat down on a tombstone and looked toward the small demon, frowning slightly.
"It's not a very interesting place," Naoki said. "Lots of noise and people who lack direction in life. Nothing like the Vortex World or Amala. Everyone looks the same and thinks the same too, even if they think they don't."

High Pixie's smile dropped as Hitoshura answered her question. She looked away and up again, seeming to think about her response. She smiled to herself after a moment and flapped her wings, coming off Hitoshura and spinning around so she was flying in front of his face.
"Well, I've got enough power to stay around here for a while. Maybe you can show me around! I mean, you know it better than me, right?" she was in the middle of a wink when she stopped and seemed to realize something, "Oh.. you're probably still on the job, huh? I mean you've got the power to come and go from the Network, right? You wouldn't still be here if you were done, right?"
She seemed to be pouting a little about it.

"Ah..."
Technically, Hitoshura had taken care of everything he'd needed to come here for. At the moment he was just staying around so he could observe the developments. Adachi and Chisaki had gotten the message they needed, as had Abel. Now all that was left was to watch the fallout.
He shook his head. "I have time. Just try not to make too much of a spectacle of yourself, alright?"

"Really?! Yay!"
High Pixie held up her hands under her chin and kicked her legs in her little squeal of excitement before zipping around the back of Hitoshura's head and dropping back down on his shoulder, once again sitting. She put a hand on the side of his head, brushing against the bottom of his ear and pointed forward.
"Then let's go! It's so cool that we can actually just hang out, I mean we were constantly fighting before. A place without demons to muck things up sounds awesome!"

Looked like he was going to be taking High Pixie around town, then. Hitoshura looked down at his form and realized that it might be a bit difficult to walk around like this. He closed his eyes and the markings faded, leaving him looking like a mostly normal human. He turned toward Pixie.
"Could you get off for a moment? I need to put my jacket on."

Pixie tensed up suddenly when Hitoshura gave the little flex in power that ended with his powers seeming muted due to the shfit in forms, and looked towards the other demon just as he asked she get off. She gave an apologetic giggle and flew up into the air... coming down on his head instead. She leaned over so that she was looking down towards him from her perch.
"Should I pretend to be a doll or something for a while then? The ghosts around here are weird."

Naturally, Pixie perched on Naoki's head. He'd expected her to do so, though, so he didn't really react much to her as he pulled on his jacket. He nodded at her question.
"The people of this world are used to strange sights, but you'll attract a little less attention that way," Naoki said. He began to walk toward the cemetery exit.
"There are a lot of places we can visit in this world. Just tell me if you see anything interesting."

Pixie looked a little puzzled at Hitoshura's comment that the world was used to strange sights. She considered for a moment and then smiled, "Oh, so it's like old times? Huh, I wonder what's up with the ghosts then..."
Pixie flapped her wings and flew up off of Hitoshura's head. She dropped down and spun around, depositing herself in one of his outside jacket pockets. She went still like a doll might for about half a second before jerking her head up, turning around in the pocket and looking up at Hitoshura's face, "Oh oh, do they have takoyaki stands around here? I've always wanted to try that human food!"
