Full Name: Arthur Vertnard
Nickname(s): Art, Artie, Qwerty
Age: 7
Height: Around 4 feet
Weight: Light
Gender: Male
Race: Aurorian (green)
Alliance: Good
Home: Frostale
Franchise: Temnel's Tale (FC)
Physical Description
Artie's an awkward-looking green humanoid creature. His ears are long, thick antenna that hang down either side of the back of his head. The top of his head has a clefted look, and his abdominal area bears a mark that looks like a brain. His arms are thicker and a darker shade of green further down, and his toeless feet, at the end of whiplike legs, are the same darker shade of green. He wears round goggles and a medium-blue vest not unlike the character Toad from the Mario franchise is known for. He's a shorty for his race, but probably like twice the size of a white Aurorian or something. Not like he's ever met a white Aurorian, and he probably never will.
Weapons
His mind.
Abilities/Powers
He's green, so he has high intellect, telekinesis, and the ability to create psychic barriers.
Skills
Art can play a few musical instruments, like the piano and the guitar. While a pretty decent cook, he's a strictly by-the-book one; at the remote chance he actually tries experimenting, whenever he makes should be treated as hazardous waste. While he never grew up with technology, he's potentially pretty good with electronics and other mechanical devices, both from the hardware and software sides. Art also proves to be a very fast typer, which is what will earn him the nickname Qwerty. Despite two of his nicknames, he really doesn't have any artistic skills.
Personality
Artie's a quiet, unassuming type who doesn't really like excitement all that much. He's hardly all that sociable and can bit sarcastic at times, but he's a caring person and never desires ill things of anyone. Art is a highly intellectual type and loves to curl down in a seat and read. He tends to view things practically and prefers not to let emotions dictate his actions. He tends to avoid getting too metaphorical, keeping what he says at face value, not counting occasional sarcasm. And he'll try to avoid physical conflict however he can, even begging. He can, however, be very crafty if need be and is kind of easy to underestimate if you don't know him.
History
He's actually led a pretty quiet, unassuming life, so there's really not much to say. He lived during the ending years of the Emotion Invasion, but neither he nor anyone he knew really played any role in it. The events leading to him falling through a portal into some floating pandimensional island thing are still a blur.
Other
I just wanted to try my hand at making one of the Aurorians from Ryocker's story. This app was submitted to pass his inspection before coming here to pass official forum staff inspection.
