Full Name: Eligius
Nickname(s): El
Age: 19
Height: Pretty tall, standing a bit over 6'
Weight: Middleweight, not incredibly heavy or light.
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Alliance: Heroic Neutral
Home: The Sunset Crossroads, his Keyblade Master's world.
Franchise: Kingdom Hearts (OC)
Physical Description
Eligius is a tall, lanky young man with messy (wavy) blond hair and blue-green eyes. While he does have some more 'modern' clothes that he wears in more modern worlds, his normal wear is reminiscent of a Blue Mage's garb. His shorts are about shin-length and are a fancier-styled fabric, light-green in color; his shirt, mid-length sleeved, is loose-fitting on him and is a bright blue color. He wears a blue headband with a white feather in it, a symbol of the Blue Mage, and wears stylish shoes, which also have a tinge of blue in them. He lacks any armor, though.
Weapons
Eligius, being a Keybearer, has not one but two Keyblades. His first one, Concerto Grosso, is a Keyblade of Light. It is a somewhat-simplistic blade with little ornamentation; its handle is the typical Keyblade handle, it's white flecked with bronze in color and its Keychain is a bronze-filled half note. The blade itself curves slightly downward, then upward, leaving a somewhat-pointed end, which is good as he holds his blade in a fencer's stance.
His second Keyblade, which he received not long before coming to Dimensional Island, is called Phrygian Mode, and is a Keyblade of Darkness. It is similar in shape to Concerto Grosso, though its blade is less curved and more straightforward with a sharper end. It is black in color with a deep-blue handle and has a Keychain of a blue-filled half note.
Abilities/Powers
Being a Blue Mage, Eligius has powerful magic, and has a well-rounded knowledge of spells. Unlike most Blue Mages, he's perceptive enough to only need to see the spell being performed to cast it for his own (much like Strago from FF6)
Here's his list of spells.

Thundara

Mighty Guard (Gives Protect and Shell to him and his nearby allies)
White Wind (Heals himself and nearby allies equal to his 'vitality')
Transfusion (Fully restores one ally, HP and MP, at the cost of his non-vital energy; this makes him collapse and require revival via 'Raise' or 'Arise')
Vampire (Drains vitality from enemies)
Thousand Needles (Shoots a thousand needles at an enemy, doing 1,000 damage)
Self-Destruct (He converts all his non-vital energy into magic power and explodes it)
He is also quite skilled with using Flowmotion, which lets him do, basically, magical parkour.
Skills
One could say that Eligius is almost like a mix of Blue Mage and Scholar; he's very keen-eyed, capable of analyzing enemies almost at a glance and figuring weaknesses. That having been said, he can't take much in the way of hits without help. He strikes quickly but isn't the strongest, physically.
Personality
Eligius is somewhat quiet. He is a very serious individual, though he does know how to smile. Whenever he is angered, however, he becomes fiery and gets a very sharp tongue. He's very much one to think before he acts and analyze a situation; he does his best to keep his impulses in check. As of late, with all the questions weighing on his mind, he tends to pay less attention to what's going on around him and can come across as absentminded.
History
Eligius is not his actual name. 'Eligius' came into being due to the boredom of a teenager with his world. He ended up getting a means of passage to the fictional world from his 'real world', but due to the rules regarding that kind of travel (You must have a version of you in the past in that world,) his memories were stripped. He became Eligius, living in a world called the Sunset Crossroads, learning how to wield a Keyblade from his Master, Solaris. He spent quite a bit of time training under Solaris, getting his Keyblade, Concerto Grosso, and learning magic. Solaris' brother, Master Noctis, seeing Solaris refusing to teach Eligius anything regarding darkness, taught the young boy some Dark spells.
After a while, Solaris decided to give Eligius a test for the Mark of Mastery, to prove himself. The young man traveled to a world with a lot of buildings, where he encountered a web-slinging superhero by day... and Gargoyles came to life at night (New York City). Many of the superhero's foes had returned, made more powerful by the Darkness in the world, and a foe of the Gargoyles' was making plans using the darkness; eventually, Xanatos teamed up with one of Spider-Man's foes, Doctor Octopus, and created a machine to harness the darkness and Heartless.
After they were defeated, Eligius left to the next world... a wacky place with the crazy children (The Studio Backlot). A certain megalomaniacal super-intelligent mouse had become overtaken by darkness and was going to use the Heartless to try to take over the world. With some help from the mouse's somewhat dimwitted, but pure hearted companion, Eligius defeated and freed the mouse, Brain, from the darkness holding him.
He continued to the next world, which 'dumped' him in the middle of a forest... near an ominous-looking evil base (Nomanisan Island). He entered the base using his Vanish spell and met up with a superhero woman who was looking for her husband. El, the woman, and the rest of her family fought against a robot created by the super villain... though to El's surprise, the robot had been engineered to run on a core of pure light. Using his Dark spell, he shattered the core and they stopped Syndrome; the Keybearer received Phrygian Mode, a Keyblade of Darkness.
This lead to his Master, Solaris, to become upset with his brother, whom he blamed for Eligius' 'fall to darkness' and the two started feuding while Eligius continued his test.
He would join a team of red-clad mercenaries to fight; first against a similar team wearing blue, and later against a crazy scientist's gray robot army.
More and more questions about the nature of light and darkness riddled Eligius' mind as he traveled between the worlds; this lead to a moment of distraction... which sent the Keybearer quite a bit off-course.
