A normal day in that mall, nothing out of place and everything was quite settled and normal for once. Shoppers shopping, stores with opening and closing doors, employees blasting their music, kids trying to get candy, teens at the arcade. Nothing seemed amiss.
The front sliding doors opened then, as what came through them was what appeared to be a giant robot, as upon it was a chump hero. Red Savarin, looking determined with a smile, sitting next to someone else on the Dalek.
"Alright! Let's go find those jobs!" He then said as he moved the Dalek inwards the mall a bit further.

Elh let out a heavy sigh. She appreciated his determination but that still didn't solve the problem. Red still had no idea who she was and she had no idea why.
She decided to try and ignore it for the time being and just go with it.
"I'm not quite sure where we should be going Red," Elh commented ", I don't see an actual quest broker for one, and we don't have time to get a real job..."
Meanwhile something watched from the shadows, unbeknownst to the two.

Red blinked then.. leaning his head down sighing. "Yeah you're right, I haven't seen a quest broker anywhere either!" he replied then, perking his head up then.. pumping his fist, visible steam coming from his nose probably. "But I know we'll manage!" he cheered on then grabbing Elh's hand.
"Hold On!" He then said smashing a big red button on the dalek as he wrapped his arms around Elh picking her up bridal style then the seat ejecting them as he flew "WHOOO!!" He yelled then, landing on his feet with a loud thud.
"Gotta love that function" he then replied putting Elh down.

Elh let out an audible "eep!" as Red scooped her up in his arms and they were ejected from the seat.
"Y-yeah...that's really something Red," Elh replied, blushing a bit out of surprise. She brushed herself off and took another look around.
"Where do we start..."
All around was just bustling activity. There were stores everywhere of all kinds. Clothing stores, toy stores, video games, music, etc. However she couldn't find anything that seemed like possible work for them. They only needed hunter's work. Small jobs to get them through the day while they figure out any possibility of getting out of here. On top of finding out what happened to Red. That was still something burning in the back of her mind.
"Maybe we should look for an information center or something," she suggested ", You know, something that might tell us about this place?"

"That'd be a great idea!" He then exclaimed then. looking around, so many people, floors, man this place was high tech.
"But where in Shepherd is it?" He then asked sighing looking down.
"Maybe we should just run around in the Dalek till we find somethin'" he then continued looking about, being short defiantely sucked as he leaned against the robot.

"Yeah no kidding...we could ask one of the," Elh paused to look at one particularly odd creature walking by "...civilians here...."
"Do you need help strangers?" a voice asked from behind the two of them.

Red looked over at Elh then sighing.
"Yeah you're right we probably shou-" he then replied before looking at the strange, and odd creature as explained, turned around fully looking over the person.
"Ah! That's would be great thanks! D'ya know where the information center might be?" he then asked, eyes shut and a big ol smile.
"We're just your normal hunter, and were hopin to find a Quest broker!"

The man or...whatever he was standing before them wasn't TOO dissimilar from them. He had a dull yellow fur color and pointed ears. His tail was ended in a strange point like that of a...demon? That was the first word Elh could think of describe it. There were dark circles around his purple eyes and what looked like a...hole in his head?
His attire wasn't anything Elh was familiar with either.
"Well I do not know anything about these 'hunters' you speak of or these 'quest brokers'," the man explained ", I do believe I can find a job for you, and I can pay you highly if you are willing to help. I will also help you out in any way I can."
"That's very generous of you..." Elh seemed wary of this stranger ", Red what do you think?"
She gave Red a very concerned look like she didn't trust this guy.

"Aw sweet! That'd be awesome. Nice Halloween costume by the way!" He then exclaimed. To be honest he didn't think differently of the guy at all, he reminded him of the other were felinekos with the face and body paints and all, looked similar to them at least as he smiled, then rubbing his nosed giving his goofy smile.
"Though, what's the job ya want done, I can pretty much guarantee you we can do anything!" Red then reassured as he leaned back as he looked over to Elh, of course her agreement to help was important, but it was mostly implied on his look. Being lost in a weird island in the middle of the sky, again, wasn't new to him of course.
After all a smile's better than a worried face!
