Franchise: Gantz is a mixture between an OC created in my own image (A Self-Insertion Author OC in other words), and an OC made to be the leader of Clan Highwind.
Physical Description: Though from Ivalice, he is often seen in casual modern wear when in a more modern world. When in Ivalice, he wears the guise of a Paladin; loose fitting white clothes, with a turban on his head, a cape that reaches his lower back, tan white gloves, and brown hiking boots. When a more modern world, he wears a dark brown jacket, jeans, wore out, but somewhat fashionable tennis shoes, a dark green cap worn backwards (Allowing black hair to poke out above the sizing strap), and a pair of sunglasses. Those who see his eyes are often startled to find startlingly calm and serene light green eyes.
Weapons: Gantz bears two weapons; His first weapon, a dark silver sword with a somewhat strange magic aura called the ‘Eclipse’, from Ivalice for starters. The sword however has no magical abilities to name, so there are no side-effects wielding it or against it’s victims. His second weapon is a keyblade (Disclaimers to Kingdom Hearts, but this one is of my own original design.) in the shape of a lighting bolt with black wings around the rounded hilt covered with black feathers, and a black cat on the hilt. The keyblade is known as the ‘Lost Seraph’.
Abilities/Powers: Gantz is a powerful mage, and continually studies new magic. Due to this, he is appropriately powerful. However, his physical body still needs much training before he can properly call himself a Mage-Knight. He can hold his own in a melee fight, but he usually tuckers out easily. He’s working on it though…
Skills: Gantz prides in his abilities of magic, which allows him to pull off a myriad of tricks. From Black Magic to White Magic to Summoning, Gantz’s repertoire of magic is almost more impressive then his near encyclopedic knowledge of ancient texts and runes of various types. Though he still has a VERY long way to go if he wishes to match this knowledge with his friend Roland.
Personality: A terribly shy person, though he does show bouts of outgoingness from time to time. Gantz tends to wear his heart on his sleeve, though this comes from the many tragedies that plague his memories. Though a bookworm and a geek at heart, Gantz is also shown to be a competent fighter, quick with his keyblade and magic, and especially quick to help his friends when their in trouble.
History: Gantz, unlike other characters, was born in what could be considered the real world. Raised as any other children, he showed artistic prowess at an early age. However, at the age of 13, a traumatizing event took place, and the poor boy, somehow or another, fled the real world, somehow coming to live in the world of fiction… Which I mean in the most literal way possible.

Regardless, Gantz’s life didn’t get much better as things went on. Finally, after many misadventures, all of them after somehow or another getting launched away from Toon Town, he finally found his new home in Ivalice, where he became a member of Clan Highwind, eventually becoming the leader, when Marco, one of the founding members gave him the position, seeing he had promise with strategies. It was finally then, that his life made a turn for the better, with his new family. Things only continued to get better as Gantz discovered that his old home, Toon Town, was merely a journey across the sea away from Ivalice’s multiple continents, thus bringing him back to the good friends he had made in the good old days…
Other: It has become obvious to the boy, that his life is jinxed. Just when it looks like his life becomes better, misery always finds someway of rearing it’s ugly head back in. Ever since the Dark Insects attacked Ivalice and Toon Town, he has not been seen since… … …
Could that be because he refuses to face the world any longer? Or could it be because of something else entirely?
