Her eyes are brown, and depending on whether or not she is in uniform, she will be wearing either contacts or a simple pair of black, slightly round eyeglasses. (Lena is nearsighted and has a hard time seeing without either) No matter what outfit she is in, she carries around a black backpack containing the other outfit, a few Hyper Potions and Full Heals, and a few types of Poke Balls, mostly Ultra.
Lena's uniform is mostly white, with a red R very prominent on her long-sleeved shirt. She wears pants, as well as long black gloves and black boots. Her Poke Balls are kept on a small black belt, and each type of Ball is hidden by a small back cover on the top half. Lena wears her contacts in this outfit.
Lena's disguise consists of a dark purple tank top, a black vest, slightly baggy blank pants held up by a purple belt (and holding her six Poke Balls in plain sight), and bright red sneakers. She also wears a small black hat with too many pins to be healthy, as well as her eyeglasses.
Weapons
Lena has no weapons in the sense of the word. In a pinch, she could hurl her empty Poke Balls.
Abilities/Powers
Lena is an ordinary human. Anything she can do is more of a skill.
Skills
Lena is just slightly above average in terms of battling ability, at least when it comes to single battles. In battles involving more than one Pokemon out per side, however, she is good enough to enter a tournament and come out with a good standing.
However, while her battling skills are just above average (and her Coordinating skills atrocious), Lena is skilled at Pokeathlon events. She has medals from all five categories from Johto, including way too many Power medals to be healthy.
And being a Team Rocket member, Lena obviously has some stealing ability, or at least the potential to steal.
Personality
Asshole. What, I have to say more? Fine.
Lena is rather loud and obnoxious, all the better to attract potential marks. However, she acts polite, to make them think that she's a normal, if slightly loud, trainer. In battles involving Pokemon she wants to steal, she acts weak before usually striking out with her stronger attacks, usually Poison. At that cue, Lena usually has her Gliscor haul it off while she bails.
And if she's caught? Completely remorseless. She will refuse to return the stolen Pokemon, even if it was just an Egg. Her own Dein was a stolen Egg from a trainer, for example.
However, while she isn't above stealing and exploiting the Pokemon of others, Lena still cares about her own Pokemon.
History
Lena was born in Lavender Town, and was mostly raised by her grandparents, her own parents constantly 'travelling', AKA doing work for Team Rocket. At the age of ten, Lena's parents sent her a Spiritomb Egg, which eventually hatched into Spooky. Taking this as a sign that she was of age, Lena left with the young ghost to begin training... to follow in her parent's footsteps.
Lena travelled through her native Kanto, as well as Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and even the far-off Unova region. At the age of fifteen, Lena, still unqualified to compete in any league, joined Team Rocket, just like her parents had.
However, in spite of her new criminal status, lena still wanted to continue legit activities, and thus registered under the name "Wisteria".
Lena was camping out, stalking a trainer, when suddenly, the ground caved in beneath her, falling into a portal...
