1. If a post is located outside of where it it should be, the poster will be confronted. 1.5. Innocent mistakes, such as a member in multiple threads posting part of one in another, will not be reported, however.
2. Private and closed threads should include the names of the people in that thread, as well as "closed", in the title.
3. If the post located where it should not be is found to be an innocent mistake, such as being lost, then a staff member will delete those posts, and send a PM with the area(s) they are looking for. Innocent mistakes like this will not warrant strikes or warnings.
4. If, however, it is a nonsense message, a suspicious link (which may be broken up), or obvious spam, the post will be screenshotted for evidence if needed, deleted, and the staff member who found/was informed of the post will send the poster a PM explaining why it was deleted, a link to this rule, and two strikes. However, if this post contains triggering imagery (static or animated), or is located in an already-approved character application, it will count as three strikes instead. 4.5. If it is in an already-approved character application and has triggering imagery of any sorts, then it will count as a full site and a full Cbox ban. 4.75. However, the original applicant may post in an accepted character application form to request a deletion. This will not warrant a warning or strikes.
There will be a 72-hour grace period for this rule to take effect.
