In the middle of the clearing at Portal Park, there sat a lone camper van. An old, rusty, earth-toned van with more than its fair share of dings and dents, not to mention a parking ticket. It was here where the vampire raccoon anthro finally landed, the Siren of Blood still cradled in his arms. Mickey sighed, plucked the ticket off his windshield and tossed it aside. Then he made his way around back and opened the door to the living quarters of the camper.
Much like the TARDIS, the camper was impossibly larger inside than it was outside, practically the size of an average house. As he carried Beth over to the living room, he called out, "Honey, I'm home!"
He then responded to himself in a high-pitched, feminine tone, "Mickey dear, is that you? I've been waiting up all night for you!"
"Yeah, well, you're gonna have to wait a bit longer," Mickey once again told himself. "We have a guest."
"Aw, but sweety-pumpkin, I need you all to myself!"
"You'll get it, don't worry. I just need to-"
"No, Mickey! I want you right now!"
"Look, I'll be up in a minute, but I-"
"Mickey, let's do it now! RIGHT NOW!"
"WOMAN, I DO WHAT I WANT!!!"
His voice echoed off the camper's spacious, polished interior, leaving Mickey slightly shocked by his own outburst. Then he took a deep breath and gently laid Beth down on the couch.
As he stared down at her, Mickey reached into his pocket and pulled out a handful of her crystallized blood that he had managed to snatch. Out of curiosity, he tossed a piece in his mouth, reacting with pleasant surprise. Not bad. Almost like rock candy. Except with blood. He continued to snack on it as he sat down in his personal chair and turned on the TV to see what was going on back home.
