If, for some reason you guys see a bunch of new characters going up for adoption in the Retirement Home or you find that a bunch of the thread names you've grown used to seeing have suddenly been moved out, well, here's the official call about what's going on.
As I've promised a number of months ago, I've decided to give the site a clean sweep, move everything to history perhaps deleting others. Whatever the case, we'll soon be capable of stating fully that DC is receiving it's 'reboot'. Soon enough, we'll be reopening the world to create it in whatever way we, the remaining members choose.
This will be a gradual process as I go through all of the old character listings, all the old threads, and generally doing my best to finally be a freaking mod. And I could use help. So if I end up missing something feel free to use this thread to report it to me. I myself will be using this thread to report in my progress with the clean-up effort.
Should take a while, but hey, This board was due for a bit of cleanup.

UPDATE 'September 12th:
- The Accepted Character list clean-up has begun and is almost completely finished ALREADY, thanks to the combined efforts of myself and SWL.
- Past Accepted OC Characters (SOME anyway) have been sent to the new DC Memorial sub-board.
- Past canon characters have been set up at the above mentioned Retirement Home board. So take a look around ladies and gents, no better time to get new characters!
- We've also deleted a bunch of rarely used locations from the board, particularly from the ITS. It is now open for new location suggestions.
