NYEH HEH HEH! MY APPEARANCE IS VERY WONDERFUL! I WEAR AN AWESOME ORANGE AND WHITE SUIT, MY BATTLE BODY! IT IS QUITE MAGNIFICENT AND WONDERFUL, BECAUSE IT COMES WITH BOOTS AND GLOVES! OH, ALSO. I'M A VERY TALL SKELETON, WHICH... WAS MENTIONED EARLIER I THINK??? BAH, THIS IS APPARENTLY MANDATORY INFORMATION REGARDLESS.
Weapons
I DO NOT NEED A WEAPON! I HAVE MAGICAL BONES! ...WHICH I SUPPOSE ARE A TYPE OF WEAPON.
Abilities/Powers
Papyrus, while a goofball, is a very serious fighter. his most noteworthy ability is the bower to summon bone projectiles that slide along the ground like spikes. They can grow or shrink, and can also crawl on other surfaces like walls or ceilings. On occassion, he can make his bones glow blue, which will only hurt you if you move at all. Even the slightest twitch will cause them to harm you, so flinching before impact might sting a bit. When he feels more direct, he can grab his bones and use them as elongating swords, so watch out for that. He also has another ability he can pull off...
In the world of undertale, you control your soul on the enemy's turn. normally, your red heart can free float, but Papyrus can make it blue, turning your normally bullet-hell dodge into a platformer. However, there's no way to implement this in DC, so instead... His Blue attack will make himself glow blue, allowing him to instantly blockade his foes between two walls of bones. He will then send his normal bones after you, so you might want to get creative with your dodging. (the bone wall won't hurt you, by the way, just make things tight) Also, he's swift. so be careful of that.
Quick add in- Papyrus can warp the gravity of some people using the blue attack previously mentioned. As such, he can, like sans, make you fly, as well as make you plummet to the ground rather quickly. Also, he can completely defy physics, so watch out for that.
Weaknesses
Generally speaking, he doesn't have a weakness to speak of. He seriously loves spaghetti though. I suppose being a monster counts... Supposedly, a monster's soul is weaker than a human's, meaning humans have an unfair advantage toward him if they score a hit. He will also turn to dust should he die, with no hope of revival. (however, the island does make a few counter-measures- unlike in Undertale proper, he will dodge when he needs to.)
Skills
Can cook spaghetti. but he sucks stupendously at it, creating dishes inedible to anyone.
Personality
The fullest of full of himself. He likes to believe he's the best thing ever, happily gloating to himself likely to hear his own bones rattle. However, his gloating isn't from overconfidence- he thinks highly of himself, sure, but honestly believes it to be so, despite actually being close to the opposite. In spite of his constant banter of I AM TRULY MAGNIFICENT!, he's actually a gigantic sweetheart that will kindly be friends with anyone that would want him, possibly due to being without friends for a very long time.
Also, if you speak bone puns to him, he will become pretty darn mad.
History
In the year 201X (twenty X-teen), Papyrus desperately wanted to become a member of the underground's royal guard. He went straight to the head of the guard, begging to be taken in during the middle of midnight, and staying there until morning he was so desperate. However, due to his niceness, the guard captain decided he'd be more suited for something else, so taught him to cook. To keep his options up, you know?
Anyway, some time later, Papyrus discovers... a human, that came to the underground, and desperately attempted to capture them. After several failed puzzles, an intense boss fight (seriously, the only reason he's not in the royal guard is his niceness!!) and even a quick round of... "dating" the human, Papyrus goes on to befriend them, and happily does his best to assist their new friend. To the point of trying to protect them from the guard captain and failing spectacularly... He's kind of dim.
During the true pacifist run, Papyrus manages to be one of the very first monsters to make it to the surface, excitedly running off to meet with their new human neighbors in spite of the possibility of getting beaten to a pulp by the unsuspecting humans. Later on, he got his driver's licence, and is happily seen driving down a long highway. He remains friends with that human to this day.
