The dragon took a deep breath, its strength returning as it relaxed, further calmed by Forsaken's voice. It eventually lifted its head to look down at the boy. It wasn't sure whether or not to trust him, questioning if he really did know anything about it or if he was just mistaken. It was certainly curious, but equally skeptical.
Warily, the dragon asked, "Svaust re wux?"
The hooded boy lowered his eyelids. "Paul, dude, I know I'm all eldritch and s*** right now, but I don't speak dragon talk. If you can still speak English, please do."

"He's asking who are you," she offered. "I played DnD and learned some Draconic thanks to my DM."

"At least someone made sense of that," Crona sighed. "I know you can speak- I've heard you use plain english before." The sprite nodded, huddling into her blue hair.

"Oh." The boy nodded to Forsaken, then looked up at the dragon with the slightest hint of disappointment. "Don't remember, huh? Have you just... completely lost your memory? Don't know who you are, who your friends are?"
The dragon slowly shook its head.
"Don't remember me? Mysterion?"
"No... I'm... afraid not..."
"Well then, let me make this brief. Your name is Paul. I am Mysterion. This is Dimensional Island. We both got sent here by cosmic accident or some other s***, then we met and became friends. Your roommate is this really cool kid named Kenny McCormick. Any of this ringing any bells?"
The dragon wracked its brain for the information Mysterion was trying to convey. To its frustration, it couldn't recall any of this. At the same time, though, it at least felt a sense of familiarity, as if deep down, it knew this boy was right, even if the dragon couldn't remember it.
The memories were there. It... He just couldn't unravel them.
"Paul..."

"Well that solves one thing, Noa Ir," Forsaken offered. "Wait.... You've met a version of me before, at the Beach Party with the song battle." She gave a smile before hugging the dragon's snout.

The sprite squeaked. "Not recognize us?" she asked, her expression drooping a little.
"It kind of makes sense," Crona offered. "This fog can really mess with your head."
"I'll say," Ragnarok groaned, speaking through the sword.

"I... forgive me..." Paul murmured. "I'm trying my best to remember, but... I just can't recall anything prior to the first time I heard Forsaken's voice."
"Well, I guess it's no matter," Mysterion grunted. "Once this fog lifts, you should be back to normal. Memory and all."
Paul blinked at the boy. "And what is... 'normal' for me?"
"Basically, human with dragon attributes. And a lot less moody." He cast a quick glance at Forsaken, Crona and the sprite, then gave his dragon friend a curt nod. "Guess tonight has opened up a lot of questions about the both of us."

Forsaken nodded. "Shall we wait for Twilight to wake again?" she asked.

"I don't think that would be a good idea," Ragnarok sighed. "That bitch was enough trouble awake- if we let her get back up, we might not be able to subdue her again."
Crona wanted to argue, but gave a gentle pout. "He kind of has a point, Lady Forsaken..."

"Yeah, I gotta go with the sword on this one," Mysterion agreed. "She's gonna be pissed when she gets up, and I'd rather she not be OP when that happens. So maybe we oughta get outta here."
Paul let out a stiff exhale and shakily stood up. "I suppose a change in location would aid in recovery..." He looked down at his arms, noting that his blue scales were shimmering as if radiating heat. It hurt. It still hurt quite a bit.

"And leaving her to die in this frigid weather is any better?" Forsaken pointed out. "If you haven't noticed she's been mortally wounded by Paul's teeth and I doubt leaving her to frost and blood is a great idea."

"Also true," Crona sighed. The tiny sprite crossed her arms, trying to consider a way to help the situation.
"...Bound and carry?" she asked.

"She's not human. Those injuries won't kill her, and I think it's pretty obvious she was built to handle the elements," Mysterion reasoned. "You guys can do whatever the hell you want. Me? I'd like to get out of this ice box, and I know Paul does too."
Mysterion then started climbing onto Paul's back, which was clearly a discomforting venture for the dragon. "Sorry, buddy. Hope you don't mind giving me a lift."
Paul wasn't sure how to respond to that, merely giving Forsaken an awkward expression.

Forsaken nodded before hovering off the ground. "To somewhere warm?" she asked.

Ragnarok burst forth, spreading his wings. "Now there's an idea I can get behind!" he offered, letting his mouth open as he gave a feral roar. "Oh, what about the little thing?"
The small sprite walked up to Paul, giving his arm a gentle hug before letting go, waving at him. She knew she was more at home here, even if she wanted to go with him.
