Sans's full skillset isn't known, but he seems to have telekinesis. He can also summon bones to impale his opponents, and Gaster Blasters--goat skull-like devices--that fire lasers. Both the bones and lasers have a temporary poison effect. He also seems (key word is seems) to have the ability to jump back in time about a couple of seconds.
Weaknesses
(Despite his powers, he's rather fragile physically. He also suffers from low stamina.
Skills
Has great knowledge in quantum physics, is implied to have worked on time travel in the past, and seems to be able to teleport via 'shortcuts.'
Personality
Lazy and prone to pranks. However, he has a hidden serious side. He also has a great love for his brother Papyrus--not that this keeps him from pranking him too, especially with incidental trombone music.
History
It's unclear what Sans and his brother did prior to arriving in Snowdin, though there are hints that he once worked with a WD Gaster at one point. During the events of Undertale, he watched the human named Frisk as he explored the Underground. After all was said and done, Sans moved to the surface with the rest of the monsters.
He initially arrives on the island to let Papyrus know that they'll have to postpone their Barbecue, since the others are running late.

He will drink whole bottles of ketchup. He loves the stuff.
Always speaks in the Comic Sans font...unless he's serious, in which case he uses Sans Serif.
