Shulk nodded solemnly. "We can. ...But we need one of two things. I need to find the Monado, for one. Barring that, if we can get some anti-Mechon weapons built, then that'd be a huge help."
Of course, much easier said than done when the robot assimilated all the Mechon pieces he had had available... what a mess.

The sprite wiggled, panting a bit. Nora walked near, shaking her head. "As long as what you're making can make a big enough boom, I'm in!"

Paul nodded and pointed towards where he had found the Monado. "It's, uh... right over there, I think. Partially buried but intact."
He walked a bit further and dug Kenny's body out with his free hand, a task that would've been much more mortifying if not for his knowledge that the kid would wake up good as new in the morning. With Kenny in one arm and the sprite in the other, Paul stared into the night sky, pondering who that robot really was, dreading what the future would hold now that he was on the loose.
"Whatever helps... we'll figure it out."
There wasn't a doubt in his mind.
