Erin just smiled at Evenlyn's charmingly upbeat personality, not much put down by her current predicament..... the Thief of Void reached over the bed and gently, wrapped an arm around Eevee, as if to loosely simulate a hug. "We... All missed you Eevee..... And we're all very relieved too..."

Evelyn smiled again, leaning into Erin's arm to best accept the embrace. "Thanks... I... I missed you guys too. It was getting pretty lonely up there, just jumping between our planets and the bubbles..." She gripped the blanket just above her stomach. "And... thanks for... getting me here too. I... I wasn't sure what would happen if I..."
She tightly closed her eyes and grimaced. She didn't want to think about that horrifying moment. But at the same time, she wanted to let it out, if only because she felt that Erin and Todd deserved to know. That they needed to know.

"No no, I got it, no worries." She let out a breath as she sat back in her chair... When she noticed the odd look, Erin waved her hand dismissively. "Okay, first things first... Evelyn. Do you know where you are right now~?" She was smiling widely at the look of confusion. "We're on Dimensional Island Eevee~. Because why not, Paradox Space is a big place~. WHY SHOULDN'T IT EXIST~? When you get out of here, I'm DEFINITELY showing you the sights!"

Hearing this, Evelyn gave Erin a baffled grin and a few more weak chuckles, holding in her excitement for her own sake. "Wow. That... That sounds incredible. I can't wait to see it." She looked between the two with a raised eyebrow. "Now what's this about a twin?"

"I was gettin' there you two monkeys I was gettin there, just had to get the IMMEDIATE elephant in the room out first." she said simply as she continued thinking. The apparent mischief on her face was sunny and bright.
She must've been happy to have another friend back here.
Clearing her throat, she continued a second later. "Okay so 'twin'. Believe it or not, Eevee, us being on Dimensional Island isn't the weirdest thing ever. Instead? There are versions of ourselves already here on the island that's the opposite gender as us! My new 'twin brother' is a male version of me named Alex. Ain't that just trippy~?"

Evelyn had to mull this over for a moment, finding herself somewhat dumbfounded. She had long accepted the prospect of alternate selves, given the various timelines involved in their game, but the idea that there was an alternate universe where she was male? That was a bit of a hard pill to swallow, but not in any horrifying way. Mind-boggling, maybe, but certainly something she could get used to. Nonetheless, there was something else on her mind, and basic instinct forced her to get it off her chest first and foremost.
"'...Versions of ourselves that are the opposite gender.'" She let out a stiff, giggling exhale through her nose and happily continued, "But yeah, that sounds... pretty crazy. Have you met guy-me yet?"

"NEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRD." She said quite suddenly, catching both the attention of Todd and Eevee... After a moment, she grinned to herself. "I'm sorry but... Seriously? Even NOW, even after we haven't seen each other in weeks, maybe MONTHS, even when you're on a bed with enough staples in you to fill up a stapler... You STILL have to correct my grammar? REALLY?" She was laughing hopelessly as she said this... Maybe crying a little bit too. "Holy GOD... That still irritates the living hell out of me... But I still missed that from you a lot Grammar Queen~..."
She faux-hugged Evelyn again.

"Ha! Hey, someone has to!" Evelyn was laughing pretty hard now, quickly getting to the point where it was excruciatingly painful to do so. "HAHAHA- Heh- Ow... Owowow... Okay, enough of that. It's called 'gut-busting humor' for a reason..."
Once she had settled down, she meekly asked, "So... what's he like? What happened to him during his session?"

Todd gave a nervous laugh. "He never had a session or to play. But he's a good guy and has a lovely girlfriend. From what my twin has informed me, a great group of friends that are supporting him in Forsaken's research endeavor," he offered.

"By 'research'..." Erin took over. "He means that Todd's female self is looking into what looks like a stopped game within the dimensional neighborhood. A spare Skaia, Prospit and Derse. It's been pretty fascinating stuff so far..."

God, she really wanted to tell them... But after everything she had put them through, would they be able to handle it?
She blinked a few times before asking, "But... my male alternate self... he never actually played the game?"
