Physical Description
Percy is a bit on the short side, and just about skirts the heavy end of lean build-wise. He has slightly tanned skin, light brown hair, and reddish brown eyes. His hair is mostly short and messy, with two long strands on the top that stick up and either resemble feathers or antennae depending on who you ask.
His outfits generally consist of reds and other warm colours. When he comes to the island, Percy has on a sleeveless tan shirt with a black stripe around the neck area, slightly darker pants, knee-high brown boots, a brown leather belt baring a bronze circular buckle with a red Mercury symbol on it, a brown leather 'skirt' with a red design on the front with red side parts, and a brown gauntlet covering his right hand. However, the article of clothing that is most likely to stick out is his coat. It is red and falls to a point slightly below his knees, with orange and yellow button areas, a darker red hood, and orange cuffs with yellow line designs.
Percy can also manifest a pair of yellow, glowing wings, and is capable of shifting parts of his body into weapons. On his back is a pair of white dove wing tattoos (not a tattoo really). Hidden under the gauntlet is a black Saturn symbol.
Weapons and Accessories
Percy, thanks to his angel blood, is capable of manifesting a sword for combat. The sword is composed of steel, and has a piece of mookaite jasper on the hilt.
In terms of non-combat items, he brings a sending stone, enabling communication over long distances, acting much like a magic cellphone.
Abilities/Powers
Thanks to his angel blood, Percy possesses some angel abilities, namely enhanced strength and durability, the ability to summon a weapon, and some limited shapeshifting. He can also summon his energy wings to fly. It should be noted that for whatever reason, he cannot shapeshift as much as he should be able to, and is merely limited to shifting parts of himself into weapons, such as turning his leg into an axe.
Percy also has some limited light powers, and possesses some basic defensive magic, such as the ability to create barriers and the ability to temporarily reduce an enemy's attack power.
Weaknesses
Percy has a hard time socializing as a result of his training from hell, not really understanding small talk. He's also a bit dense when it comes to social cues, and has a hard time understanding romantic feelings.
Combat-wise, Percy is a bit on the slow side, and is weak to angel-killing weapons, though not to the extent of a full angel. He's also weak to demon-killing weapons.
Skills
Percy, having been trained from the day he could walk essentially, is a powerful and deadly combatant, making up for his lack of raw force with clever improvisation. While he primarily wields a sword, Percy can also handle bows, javelins, and axes. Thanks to his bounty hunter training, he's also adept at tracking and identifying edibles in the wild. (That being said, never let him look at the base unless you want food poisoning)
Personality
Percy comes off as kind of a stiff, that leaves for nothing but hunting. He keeps a stern face, and doesn't talk much to anyone outside of what he needs to do- even his comrades William and Jordan, to the former's annoyance.
That being said, his actual personality is kind of a punk, typically shown when Jordan slips him too much wine. He's also a complete dork when it comes to romantic relationships and social cues. And despite supposedly living for nothing but hunting, Percy does possess some standards.
History
Mort Isaac, the head of a guild in Ode, stumbled across the infant in Donlon, while going to check on his old friend Alfred. The child was found with his father's body lying dead next to him, and a strange symbol written in blood nearby...
Not knowing what to do, Mort took him in, and raised the young Percy as his son- and as a bounty hunter. The training was often harsh, and often came close to killing Percy. However, the boy survived, and was quickly sent out on his first mission at the tender age of six..... To kill a half-demon.
It, amazingly, succeeded. Later, Percy would become acquainted with the three Lowe siblings and their father. Mr. Lowe would always suspect Percy of something.
It was during a mission that Percy, alongside the Lowe siblings, would be sucked into a portal...
