Physical Description
William is rather tall, though lankier than one would expect given his profession as a bounty hunter. He has somewhat tanned skin, messy dark blonde hair, and light blue eyes with a bronze ring around his iris. He additionally wears a pair of ovular eyeglasses. When in a rage state, his eyes turn a bright, almost disturbing shade of red.
William's outfits generally consist of blue and brown. When he arrives on the island, he has on a dark blue long-sleeved shirt with light blue designs, a dark blue vest with brown lapels, dark aquamarine pants, knee-high dark teal boots with three brown leather straps around them, and brown fingerless gloves.
Weapons and Accessories
Thanks to his demon heritage, William can summon what appears to be a black sword hilt with a blue apatite gemstone in lieu of a true blade. However, he can activate the gemstone to conjure a long blade made of hard light, or fire off energy bursts from it. When in a rage state, the blade and energy beams turn a deep blood red, and suddenly become much stronger/destructive.
Abilities/Powers
As a result of his demon heritage, William can summon his weapon at will (the blade described above), and also possesses super-strength and durability, as well as an increased tolerance to disease. Oddly, his abilities are the least noticeable of his three siblings. When raging, he gains access to some limited shapeshifting, and the ability to control water in all forms. In this state, any water under his control is tinted red.
Weaknesses
William is a bit too trusting of people at times, which has lead to more than a few knifes to the back. Additionally, he is completely inept at magic, and possesses a special vulnerability to it. Additionally, due to being a quarter demon, he's also weak against demon-killing weapons. When raging, he takes extra damage from wind attacks, and is totally blind to the idea of friend and foe, and can only be snapped out by tiring himself out.
Skills
William was trained in the arts of swordplay and marksmanship, and is equally skilled in both ranged, direct, and hand-to-hand combat as a result of his bounty hunter training. While trained in tracking as a result of being a bounty hunter, William also studied psychology on the side, and is good at reading the atmosphere and people. Additionally, due to his own appetite, he's become quite a skilled chef.
Personality
William is a phlegmatic type, calm and able to mediate situations, and able to see multiple sides of things at once. He keeps a friendly demeanour and a smile most of the time, which often causes people to forget that he's indeed a bounty hunter. He'd much rather talk than fight, though he's fully capable of utilizing force (including the lethal kind) where needed. Additionally, he's somewhat sarcasm-blind (to Leanne's annoyance), and very protective of his siblings. He also possesses a second personality that emerges in times of crisis. This second personality is ruthless and perfectly willing to use excessive and possibly lethal force even when not needed.
History
William was born to a half-demon and a bounty hunter as the oldest of three children. He enjoyed the first nine years of his life...
Tragedy struck the family when he was nine. Demon hunters came for Lady Lowe, and succeeded in killing her. Grief-stricken, Herr Lowe decided to move his family to Ode, Saia. In reality, the one who killed Miss Lowe was Percy. William developed a second personality after this.
William was put under bounty hunter training when he turned twelve, and was officially registered when he turned fifteen, although he did not receive his first formal mission until he was eighteen. The reason for the delay was because he ran into another hunter at sixteen, and would have murdered Seeker had the older hunter not managed to evade him long enough to tire him out of his rage state.
It was on a mission, that he, alongside his siblings and Percy, fell into a portal...
