Alex just continued giving Yang that bemused look. He knew full well those cartridges were still loaded. But still, Yang was a woman of impulse. And wasting those bullets on Lobo would've been less then useful... He leans in. "You really wanna hurt a place like this Yang?" He whispered carefully. He then noticed several servers rushing out with multiple trays of food all of them topped with a dome like lid. "You gotta fight more subtle-like. Hit em where it hurts~.... Watch this~."The server's arrived at the table... Alex snapped his fingers. ------------------- "Thank you very much for the patience sir. Here's your food." The waiters lifted the dome lids- Only to find the food gone. ".......................  ??" -------------------- Alex snickered a bit as the customers at the table started chewing them out. Hiding his hand underneath the bar, he opened a void portal and reached into it. --------------------- In the kitchen, a cook sets down a spatula to see to something else that needs doing... Completely missing a hand reaching out from a small dark portal, taking the spatula and yanking it back in before anyone could see what had happened. When the cook returned, he looked REALLY confused. This occurred a few more times, with the hand sneakily appearing numerous times and taking various cooking utensils all around the kitchen. ---------------------- Welp~. He HAD needed to go shopping for new utensils. Guess this trip made sure he wouldn't have to pay for anything~. Giggling beside himself, he pulled out his scroll and opened up pesterchum. --- gantzGun [GG] began pestering dawnsAmbassador [DA]GG: Hey uh Arti? This is a courtesy call cause I figured you'd like to know about it
GG: I just found that one bar place your characters opened up on the forum.
GG: I'm sorry, but the bartender had to be a rude jackass when I very politely asked him if he had soda.
GG: So I've decided to dedicate the next hour of my life to ruining his night. Is that okay? XD |

DA: i got excited for a moment.
DA: thought you were the grim reaper of merciful death.
DA: go annoy arti instead. i'm sure there's at least one of him around.

Meanwhile...
"Okay, which one of you-" Some strange word, in a language both song-like and gutteral, came out of Lobo's mouth. "Lost all their stuff? If I find out who did this, they're getting fired or stabbed."
One could see the start of a wind spear in Lobo's hand, the eagle-winged angel looking more than slightly pissed off.
At the turntables, Loba gave a slight snicker.

Yang quietly watched as Alex did his thief thing. The gauntlet was quickly disabled.

With a snicker, Alex has to take a second to calm himself when he feels Lobo returning back to the bar. The angel comes back to find Alex and Yang looking over a new app he had pulled up on his scroll. "Act natural~." He whispered to her. "So yeah, the set-up is still fairly interesting and complex, but once you experiment with it, you'll find that there's lots of great ways to go about combat and gathering strength." The Kingdom Hearts game continued before Alex handed off the machine to Yang. As she fiddled with the scroll, Alex leaned over the bar to watch her progress, one arm supporting his head, the other hidden behind the chin.
... Once he was sure Lobo wasn't looking, he stuck his hand into a portal subtlely...
After contenting himself with a few more stolen cooking implements, he wrote something down on a note and seemed to slip it into his pocket-
Loba suddenly became aware of a hand appearing under the turn-table edge. A 20 dollar bill and a note, which had this to say;

Normally she wouldn't take bribes but...
Alex would find the note back in his hand, with some extra red text on it.
brace your ears. ps if you really wanna annoy him pet his wings.
If Lobo had ears, they would be twitching with fury. His fists were doing that though.
"Sis, you know damn well I hate that song..."
He slid the glasses with quite a bit more force than he would normally.

Alex had COMPLETELY forgotten this song had existed honestly, so the reminder was unpleasant.... But meh, he could bare with it for a little while. He just needed to keep up his work. He waved over to the bartender, trying to hide a coy grin. "Hey! Hey bartender! Can I place an order for some food me and the lady are famished!"

As though he had not made such rude comments earlier, Lobo slid over to Alex and Yang, eye twitching slightly. "What can I get you? Today's special is the guslaug burgers -giant man-eating mountain slugs- with fried raimaize -that'd be electrical corn- chips, but if you're too much of a puss, I can always get you a boring old hamburger and fries."
If Alex looked down into his drink, he would find a message from Loba in bubbles...
hey kid dont get the guslaug burger. its poisonous to humans. but get a ton of raimaize chips. ill even help you blow up the kitchen if you slip me some extra.

Her attention was more on the game than the asshole that was serving them. Then again these Heartless weren't a joke.

"Yeah, thank you, but just the chips." Yes, because something that was made from a MAN EATING MOUNTAIN SLUG sounded SO FUCKING DELICIOUS.
The Thief of Void was beginning to wonder who gave this guy a Food Service license. "Also, I couldn't help but notice. Some of the food keeps vanishing. Is that normal around here?" Causing chaos in this bar was so easy. Thus far all he needed to do was steal some utensils and then steal meals out from underneath Servers noses...
Though HONESTLY after hearing what he heard, he was starting to wonder if, perhaps, he was doing these people a favor.

"No, it normally doesn't," Lobo said with a twitching eye. "Normally I pride this place on prompt and complete service. But tonight? Bloody chaos. Hopefully not literally."
The bubbles would make another message. just wait. itll be fun.
"Whatever. I'll be back with your chips. Just don't eat anything overly greasy for the next twelve hours after."
As the dark-winged angel turned to leave, Aaron and Yang might just have made out the presence of two extra eyes, both green and twitching in a way that suggested moderate to severe annoyance.

"Thank you," Yang offered in an energetic tone as she saved her game. Lilac eyes looked back up from the scroll. "Sorry for running down the battery so much. I think I beat something called the Groundshaker."

Alex took back the scroll, looking at it curiously... Maybe Yang defeated a newly released Raid Boss? With a chuckle, he put away the scroll. "Nah nah it's fine~. Don't worry about it." The man chuckled as he reached a hand down behind the bar, seemingly to take Yang's. When the girl looked down to take his however, a void portal appeared around it.
The hand reappeared at Loba's turnstiles holding out several dollar bills.
The message was clear.
'GO FOR IT'
When Loba took the money subtlety, Alex pulled his hand back out and took Yang's smiling to the girl this big goofy smile.

Alex's drink bubbled once again...
hey kid im sorry for what im about to subject you and your lady friends ears to. this is easily the worst thing ive heard in all 700 years of my life. this is an insult to everything that is music.
There was a very loud, blood-curdling scream from Lobo's general area.
Said angel in question then proceeded to morph into the form of what appeared to be a large, dark yellow eagle with green eyes, flying up to one of the lights within eyesight of Alex and Yang...
When Lobo reached the top, he refused to revert back and brought his wings to where his ears would have been if he had them.
