Forsaken blinked as she stood up. "Is everyone okay?" She called as an off orange aura fused itself to Weiss.
"Evan just fell off his broom into a tree," Weiss offered before Forsaken jumped. "What are you doing?"
Forsaken stopped and blinked again. "I was trying to fly again..." She offered before heading towards Evan's tree.

Evan groaned slightly, disoriented from the crash but otherwise in fair condition. "Ugh... No worries, I'm alright!"
He quickly grabbed his broomstick and descended, jumping from branch to branch until he reached the bottom and scaled down the trunk. Only once he was on solid ground did he realize that a branch had scraped his arm. It wasn't a serious injury, but it was at least enough to draw blood. After hissing at the sight, Evan turned away and went to help Swift up, baffled by how hard of a spill they both had. "Swift, are you...?"
As soon as he was close enough to really and truly see her, Evan froze up on the spot. "Oh God..."

"Ugh... That sucked." Swift struggled to hoist herself back up, her sudden fatigue really doing a number on her. "The heck was that st...?!"
She went rigid the moment she opened her eyes, staring down at her hands and their distinct lack of claws. She scrambled onto her knees, then reached up and grabbed her head, finding that her wolf ears had migrated south and taken on a human shape. She didn't even have to turn around to know that her tail was gone.
Properly mortified, Swift looked up at Evan with wide, panicked, deep green eyes. "WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED?!"

Forsaken walked over. She blinked. "Umm..... that is to be seen... but I think you're human.... Full blood...." She offered as she knelt down by Swift.
Weiss picked up her blade and walked over. "Evan. You sure you're okay?" She asked trying to sound concerned.

"Uhhhhhh..." Evan was pretty much at a loss for words. Sure, he had seen Swift turn full human on a monthly basis, but never out of the blue like this! At least that mist hadn't caused the other extreme to occur in the form of her going full yokai, but this was still no less baffling. And if this had happened to her... what had happened to him??
He worriedly knelt down next to Swift, placing his hands on her shoulders while ensuring that he didn't drip blood on her. "I-It's okay... It's fine... We're gonna figure this out. At least you're still in full control. It... could be a lot worse." Evan then looked up at Weiss and nodded despite the fear etched into his face. "Y-Yeah, I'm fine."

"Y-Yeah, I got that. It's just... HOW-? WHAT-? WHY-?" Unable to come to any logical conclusions about why her yokai blood had lost power, Swift stared at Evan, words failing her. She was terrified, to say the least. Not only was she in a vulnerable state, but she had no way of knowing how or when she would return to normal, or even if she could. All she knew was that this was bad... not just for her, but for the team.

Forsaken sighed. "We'll figure something out," She offered before noticing Evan bleeding. The woman sighed and offered a bandage to Evan.
"May I offer an observation?" Weiss asked.

"C-Calm down, Swift, calm down." Evan gave Swift a quick hug, then helped her back onto her feet. Once standing, he nodded and graciously accepted Forsaken's bandage. "Thanks."
As he patched himself up, Evan looked between his bloodied arm and Weiss, nodding slightly to the latter. "Y-Yeah? What's up?"

Swift swallowed hard and instinctively flexed the muscles in her ears as if trying to fold them back; obviously, nothing happened. She kept a firm, secure hold on Evan, still worried but at least making an effort to relax. "Okay... Okay, um, this could be worse... I guess... whatever this is."

"I saw Forsaken's aura come off and fly towards you Evan. And paired with the fact she is unable to fly...." Weiss offered as Forsaken atempted to take off again. "Thank you for demonstrating that Miss Snider. I believe some how that Evan might have her powers. At least by Remnant logic...."
Forsaken blinked. "That Aura and power are tied together and enable each other.... Evan... Congrats you are now a God Tier by Weiss' logic," She offered.

Evan did a double-take at Weiss's explanation, having no idea how to respond to it. He hadn't seen it for himself, and it seemed a bit of a stretch, albeit not completely a illogical one. It was simply hard for him to even consider that was what had happened to him, nor was he entirely certain if that explained what had happened to Swift.
Then again... he did recall that feeling of something within him being ripped away.
"Um... Okay, so... that's a thing?" Evan blinked a few times, awkwardly casting his gaze at the girls. "You're... saying that... I... potentially... have Forsaken's powers. B-By that logic, if we all somehow swapped auras, what happened to Swift?! A-And you guys?"

"The frig...?" Swift was just as confused as Evan was. Not to mention a tad bit envious. She wanted to say that he didn't seem different, but it was hard to tell with her wolf senses all but gone. If this really was the case, how was it he had managed to snatch a teammate's aura whereas she...?
"Well, whatever the case is, I certainly don't feel any new kind of power! I just feel a buttload weaker!"

"As do I," Weiss offered. "I can't use my normal abilities. But we can attempt to make the best of this."
Forsaken blinked and tried to focus on a new energy with in her. "And as far as I know... I got squat as well... Evan you made out like a bandit," she offered.

Evan moaned sadly, frustrated that the girls were now stuck in this situation. The idea of having someone else's powers –let alone Witch of Blood powers, whatever they entailed– was worrisome enough in its own right, but why did he swap auras with someone with superpowers while the others, supposedly, were stuck with those from normal people? Shoot... He might as well have stolen that aura along with the girls' hope.
His eyes widened when a morbid thought crossed his mind. Instinctively, Evan grabbed his hoodie by the chest, feeling the Paramount Key tucked away inside it. He mentally went over the procedures for its uses, sighing with relief when he found that he still remembered them to the letter. At least that wasn't in potentially dangerous hands... for whatever reason.
"Still... What does this mean for us? H-How long until we get back to normal? I don't know if I trust myself with someone else's powers! I barely trust myself with my alt self's stuff!"

"Whoa, okay, I think you need to calm down..." Swift spoke up, completely shattering the mood. "Yeah, I wanna figure out what happened to us and how we can undo it as much as you, but at least you didn't get the short end of the stick, Ev."
