She additionally wears a pair of black shorts under her dress.

Abilities/Powers
Elise, as a Troubadour, can cast the magic contained within a staff or rod, though she has a preference for staffs. While she typically uses healing staves, Elise can also use some of the lower-level status staves and rods, and has a certain proficiency towards the Freeze staff of those types. Elise also additionally possessed the ability to cast offensive magic via a tome or scroll thanks to her Strategist class, though in the transition to Dimensional Island, she has lost this ability.
Elise also has a few abilities that manifest in combat. Her loving nature manifests in her personal Skill, Lily’s Poise, which has the following effect: “Grants adjacent allies +1 to damage dealt and -3 to damage taken.” On the island, this translates to an ally within close range (approximately double average arm length) inflecting slightly more damage with their attacks and receiving less damage when hit.
Her next skill, Resistance +2, is much more simple. It allows Elise to take magical attacks a bit better than she would normally.
Her final skill, Lunge, is one Elise doesn’t remember learning. It allows her to, after an attack she initiated, switch places with her opponent, usually by means of adjusting her magic enough to knock her opponent in her direction. That being said, it’s functionally useless to her right now.
Finally, Elise, like all royals of Nohr, possesses the ability of the Dragon Vein. While much weaker than in her native world, Elise can still alter the environment in various ways if she finds a vein.
Weaknesses
While on her horse, Elise is weak to Beast Killers and other beast/horse-killing weapons, as well as enemies with the Beastbane skill. She’s also not very strong physically. However, her biggest weakness is her inability to attack; she cannot cast offensive magic, and she lacks both the will and physical strength needed to wield physical weapons.
Skills
As mentioned in her Personality section below, Elise is surprisingly perspective and astute of her surroundings. Being a Troubadour, in addition to being able to heal with staves and rods, she also knows how to dress wounds. She can additionally cook, usually adding a sweet flair to food.
Elise, much like most ladies of Nohr, was taught how to play an instrument; in her case, the violin. She is a talented fiddlist despite her youth.
Personality
Elise’s character is, for the most part, that of a playful child; she is juvenile, but innocent and pure. She adores her older siblings and loved ones, and is not afraid to be bold in showing her affection for them, such as flying glomps and hugs. As mentioned before, Elise is childish, and rather naive to the world at times- even moreso than Corrin.
However, this same innocence allows Elise see things that others may overlook, and is more astute than one may guess from a first glance, and can adjust her behaviour as such- she can even act shockingly mature when she does this. Despite her childish nature and youth, Elise is also selflessly courageous in the face of danger, particularly when it comes to defending her loved ones.
History
Elise was born near the end of the Concubine Wars, a dark period in the history of the Nohr royal family. The surviving siblings, Xander, Camilla, and Leo, all sought to keep her out of the remaining fighting- and succeeded. Elise’s mother cared not for her, but only for Elise’s father, King Garon- Elise even remembers that on her deathbed, her mother only called out for Garon, and not for Elise.
Elise’s life wasn’t all doom and gloom, however; her three surviving older siblings loved her and sought to keep her out of fighting, inspiring her to become a Troubadour. She would also gain another older brother, Corrin, when Garon returned from a ‘diplomatic meeting’ with Hoshido’s King Sumeragi. She enjoyed her visits to the Northern Fortress that Corrin lived at, and brightened up her foster brother’s life.
However, when Corrin came of age and bested Xander in combat, he was allowed to leave the fortress and live in Castle Krakenberg, much to Elise’s delight. She later accompanied her siblings out to save Corrin from some Hoshidan ninja when a simple scouting mission soured. Later on, however, after Corrin was taken to Hoshido, Elise watched as Corrin made a fateful choice on the border: Would he side with his blood family in Hoshido, or the family he had lived with his whole life?
At the Branch of Fate, Corrin sided with Hoshido. Elise tried to help her siblings fight, but they were forced to fall back when Xander was defeated by Ryoma. She tried to retire from the war altogether, unable to bring herself to fight Corrin. She accompanied Garon and Xander to Cykrensia, witnessing the former kill Zola fight in front of her, and later shielding a retreating Corrin from Xander. She later fell back into the sewers of Windmire, living with her wet-nurse and nanny, Cassita, working as a flower girl.
Much later, Elise would run into Corrin in the sewers of Windmire. She agreed to accompany Corrin and the Hoshidans into the castle to see if she could talk her older siblings out of fighting. However, her retainers, Effie and Arthur, mistook this as a kidnapping, and a fight broke out in the sewers, the Nohrian army led by Camilla. Elise remained by Corrin’s side and tried to talk her retainers out of fighting… But she was too late, her retainers falling to the Hoshidan army. While immensely saddened by their deaths, Elise remained resolute in her decision to stay with Corrin.
But then… Xander, guarding the throne room and Garon, challenged Corrin to single combat. It was an utterly one-sided fight, and it seemed as though Xander would effortlessly kill Corrin…
Elise then threw herself what would have been a fatal blow from Xander. Horrified, Xander cast his sword aside and comforted her… Her final words would be a request for them to stop fighting… And that was her end…

At the Branch of Fate, Corrinne sided with Nohr. After helping her siblings fight off the Hoshidan forces, Elise and the others returned to Castle Krakenberg with Corrinne. Xander had overheard Corrinne’s new mission to quell the Ice Tribe’s rebellion was actually a suicide mission, and he sent Elise out, along with Silas and her retainers, to help Corrinne. Elise arrived with Silas to assist Corrinne and Jakob in the Woods of the Forlorn, helping them against the Faceless. Afterwards, when the rebellion was quelled, Elise assisted Jakob in healing the wounded on both sides.
However, after taking Notre Sagesse for Nohr, Elise fell sick near Macareth. While in her feverish state, Elise saw visions of Gunter…
Elise continued to accompany Corrinne’s branch of the Nohrian army throughout the invasion of Hoshido. After the massacre at Fort Jinya, Elise took it upon herself to visit Sakura, making sure she got food and blankets.
Eventually, she joined with her siblings in killing Iago and Hans when they attacked Corrinne, and helped against the monster that was once her father… And the possessed corpse of Takumi.
Elise remained in Nohr for the rest of her life, and was regarded as a model princess and a talented healer.

That’s not the end of it, however…
At the Branch of Fate, both Corrin and Corrinne refused to choose a side, and the Hoshidan and Nohrian forces began fighting anew. Elise, however, refused to fight, and returned to Krakenberg with her siblings afterwards. While she wanted to join Corrin and Corrinne’s forces, Camilla told her to stay in place…
Later on, Elise overheard Iago and Xander talking… Camilla had failed her mission to kill the twins, and alongside her retainers, had joined them. Elise, having known Corrin and Corrinne to not be traitors, made the radical choice to leave Krakenberg with her retainers, not telling Xander and Leo. She ran into her foster siblings at the port town of Dia, and joined their small army. When the Nohrian army invaded, Elise was able to convince two of the border guards, Benny and Charlotte, to join their cause.
Elise continued to travel with Corrin and Corrinne, and struck up a friendship with Sakura over their mutual love for music. She helped fight back a Nohrian attack at the Bottomless Canyon, initially believing Xander to have sent them out. However, when they fought Iago, Xander and Leo entered… on the twins’ side. After Corrinne killed Iago, Xander and Ryoma called a truce between the two kingdoms.
But when they all made the jump into the Bottomless Canyon, they all fell into a portal… Elise would land alongside Sakura in a rainforest, isolated and in a world they would have never dreamed of...
