Cat yipped and shook Yang off, hopping back once and glaring at her aflutterfly friend.

"Aw, no worries!" Rainflower happily insisted, turning a big smile on Cat. "Maybe I could whip something up for ya so you can join them!"

In a clear act of protest, Cat angrily hiss-croaked at Rainflower, then turned and hopped over to her discarded pants. She poked her muzzle into the left pocket, fetching Goldenhand with a snap of her tongue and clamping the flyswatter between her teeth. After shooting Rainflower one last scowl, Cat leaped out of the room and down the hall after the aflutterfly swarm.

She might not have had the capacity to turn her friends... or Sam –or herself, for that matter– back to normal, but darn it if she didn't at least try to keep this situation from getting any worse.

This was going to suck...

"AWWW YEAH! HERE WE GO!" With all of his friends, old and new, fluttering through the caverns (and with Cat trailing behind, the little slowpoke), Rio happily led the charge to the surface, ready now more than ever for another spectacular adventure!

This was going to be AWESOME!

"Okay, bye you guys! Have fun!" Rainflower called to the departing aflutterflies and bullfrox.

Well, wasn't that swell? They made some new friends and now they were off for an exciting night on the town. Rainflower had to smile at that unqualified success. It warmed their heart to see such frivolity. Hopefully the little guys would enjoy themselves. It had been so long since they had ventured out like this.

With that said and done, it was back to work for the potion master! Rainflower scooped up their discarded plant samples and set them down on the counter before flying over to the fridge and looking inside.

"Huh." Rainflower grinned and tilted their head with curiosity. "Thought I had more in stock than this."
