The Flame Shuriken is a moderately powerful shuriken powered by her magic, and a successful hit with reduce the target’s magical and defensive capabilities. However, due to the concentration needed to use it, Felicia is unable to trigger critical hits or offensive skills with it, and it makes her less evasive. Her Mend staff is a moderately powerful, but short-ranged healing staff from Nohr. Finally, her Physic staff lets her heal allies from a bit further back, though it will break much faster than the Mend staff.
Abilities/Powers
As a member of the Ice Tribe, Felicia has the ability to control ice. This can range from a simple blast of cold air to a localized ice storm. However, her powers are more limited compared to her sister, Flora.
Being a Maid, Felicia can cast the magic contained in staves and rods, although she prefers staves.
She also has a number of skills that manifest in combat. Her dedication to the twins takes the form of her personal skill, Devoted Partner, which has the following effect: “If supporting the main character, grants him or her +2 dmg dealt and -2 dmg taken.” Essentially, her bond with Corrin and Corrinne encourages them to attack a bit harder and shrug off some damage they would normally take.
Her next Skill, Resistance +2, is much simpler. Felicia can take magical attacks a bit better than she normally would.
Her next skill, Demoiselle, has the following effect: “Male allies within two spaces receive -2 damage in combat.” Felicia’s presence acts as a psychological boost to the men near her, helping them shrug off some damage they would normally take.
Live to Serve, her next skill, is a bit more complicated. Its effect is as follows: “When healing an ally with a staff, this unit recovers the same amount of HP.” Felicia essentially gets a psychological lift out of healing her allies, allowing her to recover some of her health.
Her final skill, Sol, is one Felicia doesn’t remember learning. Its effect is as follows: “Absorb HP equal to half of damage dealt, at a chance of Skill%” Felicia can use some magic to drain an enemy’s stamina into herself when she attacks.
Weaknesses

Skills

She is also a terrible cook, with the results usually being described as Revolting.
Personality
Felicia has a warmhearted and caring personality towards people, especially towards Corrin and Corrinne, whom she is unwaveringly loyal to. Her loyalty towards the twins means she will follow them down any path they take- even if they clash with her loved ones. She is also known to get feisty if she feels like she is being talked down to. Felicia is also clumsy and mistake-prone, though she still strives to better herself every day.
History
Felicia was born as one of a set of twin sisters, the other being Flora, to the cheftian of the Ice Tribe, Kilma. At a young age, however, Felicia and Flora were taken by Garon to the Northern Fortress. Felicia was told that it would be a simple maid job, oblivious to the fact that it was actually to keep the Ice Tribe from rebelling against Nohr.
She and Flora were trained as maids to serve Corrin, acting as his caretakers alongside Jakob. When Corrin came of age and defeated Xander in training, she, along with Gunter, were sent out with him to inspect a fort on the Nohr-Hoshido border. However, she was separated from Corrin after the battle, and reunited him on a plain… on a Branch of Fate.
Corrin had sided with Hoshido, and she helped him fight off the Nohrian forces. Felicia joined Corrin’s forces in their campaign to march into Nohr and kill Garon, who they believed was the cause of the war.
Along the way, however… Takumi fell ill, and the group broke into one of Garon’s villas in Macareth, looking for medicine to cure him. There, they ran into Flora, Felicia surprised to see her there. After getting the medicine, Flora offered the Hoshidan army a place to hide in the Ice Tribe village…
However… Flora and the rest of the tribe attacked, Kilma having been executed by Garon, with the survivors pledging loyalty to Garon out of fear. Felicia helped fend off the attack… And then Flora, broken by grief, committed suicide by self-immolation. Felicia tried desperately to put out the flames, to no avail…
While she continued to accompany the army in their campaign, Felicia was never quite the same afterwards…
Meanwhile, running concurrently to the above…

She and Flora were trained as maids to serve Corrinne, acting as her caretakers alongside Jakob. When Corrinne came of age and defeated Xander in training, she stayed with Flora in the Northern Fortress, only reuniting with her liege when she was preparing to invade Hoshido with her adoptive siblings, accompanying Corrinne in the invasion of Hoshido.
She remained Corrinne’s maid for the rest of her life, though changed by her experiences in the war.
That’s not the end however…
Felicia and Flora were taken away to the Northern Fortress to serve as the maids of Corrin and Corrinne. Much like the first time, she accompanied Gunter and Corrin to what was supposed to be a simple scouting mission, only to be separated after the battle, and reunited with the twins at the Branch of Fate… but there were some complications…
Corrin had sided with Hoshido, and Corrinne with Nohr. Felicia sided with Corrin and Hoshido, though she was unable to attack Corrinne, or vice versa. Much like the first time, she accompanied the army in their quest to kill Garon… But something happened…
Corrin ordered Felicia to rejoin Corrinne in Nohr. While confused as to the true meaning of the order (to see if Flora could be spared), Felicia complied, rejoining her lady. She became Corrinne’s unofficial third retainer alongside Charlotte and Benny, though she refused to fight Corrin whenever the twins crossed paths…
Felicia learned of Flora’s fate when the Hoshidan army invaded the Windmire sewers, but continued to fight alongside Corrinne up until her fateful duel with Corrin…
Corrinne challenged Corrin to single combat after Xander’s death, wielding Siegfried. She ordered Felicia to hang back and support Charlotte and Benny… But Corrinne was defeated. After Corrin refused to kill her, Corrinne thrust Siegfried through her chest, dying to protect her troops from death at Garon’s hands…
Felicia took Corrinne’s dragonstone as a brooch in her memory, and rejoined Corrin’s forces to defeat Garon, wanting revenge for the needless deaths of Flora and Corrinne…
It didn’t stop there, however…
Felicia and Flora were taken away to the Northern Fortress to serve as the maids of Corrin and Corrinne. Much like the first time, she stayed behind at the Northern Fortress, only rejoining Corrinne when she was preparing to invade Hoshido with the rest of her adoptive siblings. However, whenever any of the Hoshidan siblings were fought, Corrin was also there… as was Jakob… And Felicia couldn’t raise her blade against either one…
She served as Corrinne’s maid for the rest of her life, forever changed by the war.
But that isn’t how the story ends…
This time, Felica, Jakob, and Gunter accompanied both Corrin and Corrinne to a scouting mission on the border, and was separated from the twins and Gunter, left with Jakob, looking for their lieges…
At the plains of Hoshido, Felicia reunited with Corrin and Corrinne at the Branch of Fate… And found out that both of them refused to side with Hoshido nor Nohr. At Azura’s suggestion, Felicia helped Corrin defeat a division of Hoshidans, while Jakob helped Corrinne fight off a Nohrian division. After the twins were branded traitors to both kingdoms, Felicia fled with them, Azura, and Jakob to the Bottomless Canyon. Azura had them jump into the canyon, where they landed in a world invisible to the outside, called Valla… Reuniting with Gunter, Felicia was amongst those affected by the curse of Valla.
After returning to the surface world, Felicia accompanied the twins on their quest to gain support for their campaign against Anankos, at one point crossing blades with Flora in the middle of a sea route to Cheve. When they arrived at the Bottomless Canyon again months later, Felicia assisted her lieges in fighting off two Nohrian armies, one led by Hans, and another by Iago. Felicia assisted Corrin in defeating Hans, freezing the Berserker in place…
Eventually, Xander and Ryoma called a truce, and the group prepared to jump into Valla. Felicia, alongside Jakob, was one of the first to jump…
However, she and Jakob would land in a frightfully mundane land… Where they were almost immediately employed by a hotel, looking for any familiar face...
