Physical Description
If you take one look at Jack, you'll probably think "thief." Outside of his big, round nose, Jack's most distinguishing feature is the ski mask on his head, being violet with little white stripes that end in a cottonball at the tip. The bottom half of his face is plainly visible, but there's nothing astounding about it. Past his mask, he wears a dark violet shirt with white stripes similar to his hat, dark blue pants, and pointed, black shoes. A special ring can be spotted on his left hand, but it should be noted that he uses hammer space as opposed to a proper bag.
Weapons and Accessories
Quite a few tools are a his disposal- from a bomb generating ring to a grappling hook with fingers, Jack's well equipped.
Abilities/Powers
Jumping Boots: A pair of boots on his feet that let him jump around better than most. He's even been spotted performing a wall jump in the past.
Assassin's Mallet: His weapon of choice, an otherwise dingy little hammer that lets him bop most foes with ease, though he has trouble with aerial opponents. Thanks to his charging stone, he's more than capable of transforming it into his Earthquake Hammer, which can rattle the timbers of most things nearby.
Sticky Fingers/Punching Glove: a grappling hook that has fingers on the end- which actually grab at things and even High-five on occassion. Its cousin, the punching glove, can shoot out and bop someone from a distance, but doesn't have the reach of its grabby counterpart.
Bomb Ring: One of two, the Bomb ring is capable of generating a bomb made of chi, which is typically set on the ground as Jack waits for it to go off. Bryn holds the other ring, because two bombs are for chumps.
Weaknesses
Not a weakness, but more a fear; Jack tends to clam up when he's ganged up on, considering he lacks the arsenal to take out more than one foe at a time. As such, he tends to use his quake hammer when he's cornered.
Skills
He's an expert at espionage, able to sneak around quietly while still able to attack his foes unannounced. He's also deceptively good at gaining people's trust- or taking it away.
Personality
Snarky, impatient, and most obviously energetic, Jack is serious in a fairly comical way. No matter what goals he set up, he's guaranteed to goof up at some point.
History
For as long as he, or anyone else he knew could remember, Jack had been part of a group with his friends for a very long time- the five of them wanting to becoming grade A, actual heroes in order to combat the evils of the world. However, due to an unforeseen circumstance, Jack instead decided that treasure hunting would be a much better profession, trying to convince his friends to quit the force and join him. This, of course, backfired immensely.
Now kicked out of his group and forced to become a treasure hunter on his own, Jack actually made a pretty decent name for himself as he secured many a treasure- but was constantly reprimanded for his thief like appearance. However, after a few months, he caught wind of a legendary treasure that could grant wishes- though it put him at odds with the mentioned former friends. Fortunately, he managed to regain their trust and friendship, and eventually found the treasure in question- Destiny, the wishing star.
However, his initial wish was no longer able to be granted- since he had gained the trust of his friends, as he wanted. Instead, Destiny offered him something else- a powerful new mode of transportation, the Star Surfer. With his friends gathered back together and the Star Surfer now at their disposal, Jack and his friends took off for a brand new adventure... but didn't expect it to wind up being in a space between dimensions.

Jack's not a stranger to oddities- his world has animal people in it, so he's well versed in the unusual.
