History: Matilde was a typical girl in Rio, and she grew to be a very non-typical woman. The night of her awakening as the Electric Super Child, the whole city was nearly short-circuted and lost power for a few hours, until she herself restored it.
People found her new powers useful, and begin to solicit her into remeadal tasks, fixing transformers and the like. This did not appeal to Matilde in the slightest. She always hated being used; she wanted to be a free woman! She wanted to use her powers the way they were supposed to; to kick some serious ass! She ran away shortly after, crossing the Atlantic into Spain, where she was discovered by Fletcher. After hearing of his quest, she was in, whether he liked it or not! She now lives in London with the rest of them, anxiously awaiting their next mission.
Other: She won't appear until the sequal, when she teams up with Eddy. It's important to note that she takes no guff from others, especially those younger than her. Which is exactly what Eddy's gonna give her. Won't that be fun?
